No session is ever the same, but they all follow a similar protocol- Strength training is something everyone should be doing, but we find the benefits for our clients to be HUGE. We aim to support you personally, in your sessions and along your journey, ensuring you remain injury-free whilst getting the best possible RESULTS.

Ever feel like you need to do something different, but when it comes down to getting started you just feel lost? You know what needs to be done but somewhere between knowing and doing it just doesn't happen.

Yes- We don't do meal plans as such, because we really don't think they work long-term, but we give you everything you need to make nutrition work for you. No matter the goal, we've got you covered.
Yes. The beauty about working with us is that you're always under instruction, We can adapt any of our movements where necessary but we also feel with a good personal trainer any niggles or imbalances can often be made better over time. We always want you to feel better leaving than you did when you arrived.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym I had never been a gym before as I was too scared not knowing what too do ect but going tbt fitness is the best decision I have ever made iv made friends and the guys that work hear are so amazing helpful and understanding they have helped me getting my confidence back after my operation and what I can and can't do I also dint use too eat much at all just 1 meal a day now I eat 3 meals plus snacks and feel so much better lost weight and gained so much more strength I can't rate it enough I love going not just too work out but too have a good catch up with everyone not just at home talking too the kids all day I now have a life lol

Fantastic experience: It took a while but I couldn’t be without TBT in my life now! Not only do you get huge physical benefits but also mentally you feel so much better. There is something very unique and special about the atmosphere created, women of differing ages truly supporting each other, no egos. The coaches are the best, encouraging, supportive knowledgeable, invested, pushing you when you need a little nudge but also empathetic to the array of challenges we all face at different times in our lives.
Fantastic experience: I hadn’t set foot in a gym for about 20 years when I joined TBT. I started to see results very quickly and the camaraderie of the coaches and other women helped spur me along. I’ve been going for several years and I’m so pleased that I continue to see improvements in my strength and fitness. It’s really non-judgemental and supportive. I can’t recommend it enough and if you’re worried you’re not fit enough, like I was, give it a go - you’ll be amazed at how quickly you improve.

I’d booked on the Born survivor so thought I’d better increase my strength, enrolled on the 6 week trial & never looked back & that was 8 years ago. Coaches are fun, encouraging & not bossy! Sessions are always different. My niece & sister have since joined & love it too

Fantastic experience: I joined TBT last year with my 6 week program and absolutely loved it. TBT is now a part of my daily routine. All coaches are amazing and friendly. Highly recommended
Fantastic experience: 60min sessions of non stop exercise. To get through the same workout in a conventional gym would take me over 2 hours waiting for all the equipment. The PTs check your form so you don't hurt yourself, plan all the sessions for you (no 2 sessions are ever the same). You just have to show up and they take care of the rest. Best shape I've ever been in when I attend here regularly.
Fantastic experience: I have never been a fan of gyms, I have all good intentions to start with and walk into it and instantly the anxiety creeps in not knowing what I am doing snd walking around thinking everybody can tell I don’t know and also not pushing myself as much as I should as I have nobody to answer to and after a week or so I give up and go back to my old ways. Now, I know I have only been going to TBT for 4 weeks now but I have to say I have never been to a place where you instantly feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door, nobody cares what level of fitness you are at or how much you can or can’t do, instead they are supportive, challenging, make you want to push yourself and most of all, it’s enjoyable and I come out excited for the next session. The staff are always there to guide you, push you and help with anything you need. A special thanks to Joe at Timperley for his constant support and making me feel confident that I can do this
Fantastic experience: Love this place - my 2nd home! Great workouts, great group of ladies, fantastic coaches that motivate you and push you to be your best. If your thinking about joining then do it, you won’t regret it( you would regret not doing it! )
Negative experience: Unprofessional management, I've spoken to people with similar experiences. CrossFit Altrincham would be a decent alternative.
Sorry to hear you think that Jordan, although having checked our records I can't seem to find that you've ever attended. Correct me if i'm wrong? I also think the guys at CrossFit Altrincham are great though so at least thats something we do agree on. Perhaps leave them a review on their page rather than trying to shamelessly plug them here. Fantastic experience: Hands down the most supportive, informative and exceptional gym, with that comes a group of truly incredible coaches committed to every element of fitness and well being, they encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and are there with you guiding every step of the way. All the members create an environment and VIBE that is second to none. If you're looking for a place to start or re-ignite your fitness journey, look no further, you will NOT be disappointed.
Fantastic experience: I came upon tbt fitness by accident but it’s the best thing that’s happened to me as I was suffering from muscle atrophy; I’ve just finished my third week into the training and I can see definition in my arms already. The guys at tbtfitness are very professional and attentive, you can work at your own pace but they push you if they see you can manage it… so no slacking! It is hard but if you want to see results you just have to put the effort in and I always feel good when I leave the gym It feels like I have my own personal trainers because they are always within my eyeline. All the trainers are very knowledgeable you can ask them about anything… I can honestly say that this is the best/cheapest training programme I have ever entered into for results; I would not hesitate to recommend tbt fitness for women.
Fantastic experience: Having made the decision to 'try' TBT on the 6 week taster, Timperley. I was quickly hooked. So, group sessions with other women.. .. &...trained PT coaches was daunting. I immediately felt comfortable. The coaches, Joe,Dan,Andre,Anthony and big boss Bo. Know their stuff. Professional. Kind. Encouraging. Funny. Honest, and above all totally invested in YOUR experience. The sessions can be 'challenging '(good challenging)but that's why I go. I suffer with long-term MH issues, so for me it is more for the endorphins rather than anything else. I have got physically & mentally stronger. I'm significantly down in inches too. I've surprised myself. I have a neurological condition which affects my balance and retaining information. So I'm permanently wobbling over and forgetting instantly what were doing. All the coaches have been so patient and kind . Nothing is too much trouble I've met a couple of like minded ladies too, we all try to motivate each other(it gives the coaches a little break from cheerleading us on!) I think everyone should have a TBT Team on prescription & I genuinely cant recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Been a member here for nearly 5 years. TBT is so much more than a gym, its workouts are amazing and take into account your ability and any injuries with no problems. It is a place to work hard, get some endorphins, get fit but also have a great laugh with wonderful members and fantastic trainers. You will not find a gym like this anywhere else!
Fantastic experience: I joined TBT six months ago. I was apprehensive that I'd be too old, unfit, overweight... but I really didn't need to worry. The trainers are excellent, they adapt excercises to accommodate fitness levels and injuries, provide motivation and make the whole experience enjoyable. The members are friendly and supportive. My fitness level and mental health have both improved and I genuinely enjoy going to the gym which is a revelation. Join TBT you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Definitely recommend TBT...I'm loving exercising again. The coaches are supportive and each session is carefully worked out to make the most of the hour. Every day is different so it keeps it interesting and you won't get bored. I've learnt so much about nutrition and exercise. I lost body fat quite quickly after a few months and I feel much healthier and fitter now. Its something that's part of my routine now, I'm so glad I took that first step to sign up.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of TBT now for 5 years and the length of time in itself is a testament to what an incredible place this is. No two training sessions are the same! The coaches continously offer support in perfecting your technique, advice with nutrition and general motivation. My confidence increases as does my fitness. Win win! I couldn't recommend TBT enough!
Fantastic experience: Fantastic environment to achieve personal fitness goals. After having my baby I was so excited to be starting with TBT as I knew I would get the adequate support I needed to start working out in a healthy way. The group sessions are never boring and the exercises are well explained so you can improve from week to week. After just 9 months I feel so much stronger and healthier. The other female members are so lovely and supportive too, it’s fun to train in a female only environment.

Fantastic experience: The PTs in this gym are on another level. It seems so simple but I never was the person to wake up at 6.30am to go to the gym at 7am. But they really helped me to change my lifestyle and way I am and I have seen direct results. Really recommend for anyone like me that aren't able to do their own thing in gym and need a bit of direction while being put to the test!
