Fantastic experience: 2nd Year at Studio Fit in full Swing!! More expensive than your regular Gym but personalised weight progression & PT group sessions takes the stress of planning away. You get out put what you put in. Awesome members of Staff and members to keep you motivated week on week!!

Fantastic experience: If you are a 30+ guy that has lost their way with fitness, you need to get on the Bigger Leaner Stronger program. You WILL get great results and make some new friends all whilst being educated in nutrition and lifestyle choices. My results speak for themselves, 5 stone lost and more than twice as strong from when I started my journey.

Fantastic experience: StudioFit is awesome, great fun atmosphere and the focussed workouts get results. If you want to get fitter, more toned and have some good fun (men and women, regardless of your current fitness level) them I would definitely recommend going along and trying it out. You can push yourself as hard as you want to go and the guys are always on hand to help. Go along and give it a try!
