Quo Vadis Gym

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with great equipment and the owner Danny was very helpful getting me signed up and sorted. Nice and easy and the range of equipment is perfect so even when it’s busy there’s plenty for everyone without waiting.

Fantastic experience: QuoVadis owner Danny is a very close friend- well family (through marriage) & has been for years ! We have had many sessions together and I have had his words of wisdom and advice through tricky times in my competition preps. He invited me to train at his new gym (Quo Vadis ) I was so impressed i had to give my feedback . The warm welcome at the entrance by the staff and the other gym users was lovely and very different from many gyms nowadays. Danny's posertive and happy influence really beams from this place the minute you enter. The space, facilities and equipment are all fantastic. The photos i had seen prior to my visit had not done this Gym justice. What an incredible place to exercise, whatever your goals or experience levels. This Gym ( well should say facility) is Friendly, Professional, informative, comfortable, unique and a great place to be. It was a shame to go home after my workout, I could have stayed for hours- had a Sauna, played pool, eaten dinner. Thank you Danny ...... the time, energy and effort you have put in really is worth while. Congratulations on achieving this incredibly unique place to be.

Fantastic experience: I've been to Quo Vadis a few times recently and I'm hugely impressed. The atmosphere is great; friendly team and plenty of equipment and weights to throw around. Even when it's been busy I haven't had to wait! It has the feel of a high end leisure facility with a surprisingly low membership fee. Massive bang for my buck!! Loads of parking, great selection of food and beverages and some great advice regarding supplementing. If you get the chance it's worth going along to meet Dan, see the premises and give it a go. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym,stef and his son run it and they do it well,always willing to help new people to the gym life at no extra cost it's all in with your membership,and there's the food which for me is perfect,as soon as I finish my session I eat ,so definitely recommend Quo Vadis Gym
