We proudly host Energise 55, a specially tailored class for seniors led by Arnelle Gillis, focusing on mobility, balance, and strength to keep you active and independent. Private Gym Access
For those who prefer training on their own terms, our Private Gym offers a secure, professional environment equipped with free weights and a dedicated cardio zone. With secure key-fob entry and an easy online booking system, you can train early or late without distractions. A mandatory 30-minute induction ensures you are confident in using our equipment and following our safety procedures before you begin. For just £40 per month, you gain flexible, unrestricted access to a high-quality training space.

Sports Massage & Personal Training
Beyond the gym floor, Elevate provides Personal Training and Sports Massage services to accelerate your progress. Our personal trainers create personalized plans to help you break personal bests, while sports massage therapy aids in recovery, injury prevention, and performance optimization. Our coaching philosophy is built on clear metrics and structured programming, ensuring that you can track your progress and see tangible results within just four weeks.

Fantastic experience: My son received personal training sessions with Nelly and loved it! As he has autism we wanted to make sure he went to someone who would have the time and patience to explain everything to him and make sure he knew what to do. Nelly was brilliant with him and even managed to get him to chat (never happens). Elevate Gym is a great facility with everything you could need. Would highly recommend both the gym and Nelly
