Fantastic experience: My wife and I cannot recommend Kyle highly enough. Not only is he fantastic with our son, who absolutely loves him (despite how hard he makes him work ), but his knowledge is incredible - and he loves to assist parent's learning, to improve their own knowledge, in order to help their children make as much progress as possible. From the first time we met him, we felt that Kyle would have an extremely positive impact on Felix's life. His views on an individual's (dis)ability strongly aligned with ours, just because someone says "your son won't walk" doesn't mean that you shouldn't aim for that best possible outcome because any progress is better than no progress, which is exactly how Kyle thinks. Felix has been working with Kyle for just over 6 months now and the quantifiable progress that he has made in that time is astounding. We cannot thank Kyle enough for the work he does and look forward to continuing to work with him for a long time.

Fantastic experience: Kyle is amazing at what he does and especially amazing with my son Harley. He’s not just his trainer he is now a close friend to me and Harley! I have seen such a difference in Harley since he has been going to see Kyle and Harley can’t wait every week to go back to see him! I could not recommend him enough! His knowledge and what he does, is outstanding and his passion towards helping others is excellent. Kyle not only helps Harley physically but also helps his mentality and character building, to build confidence in Harley’s day to day life. The SDR Strength facility he uses and the equipment he has, are at the highest of standards. It’s a clean and a very welcoming environment every time you go. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: SDR Strength have been fantastic with my child! An initial assessment was carried out and a comprehensive training plan drawn up and reviewed on a regular basis! Even with child moaning about doing exercises Kyle has managed to make him laugh and do them! It has made a massive difference to him not just physically but mentally as well!
