Fantastic experience: Top notch gym all round. Great staff, great members and much better kit than most other places. Overall is clean, tidy and has a polite atmosphere. You'll never go back to your busy sub-par commercial gyms after here!

Fantastic experience: Stopped in Blackburn for a few days to visit family (which I’ve done numerous times) but this time I thought I have to keep the gym momentum going. Brother in law told me about this and it ticked all the boxes. Friendly welcome which instantly makes you feel at ease, no attitude at all and wanting to help if needed. Equipment was good and overall a great first impression. Long may it continue.

Fantastic experience: OMG I definitely recommend this place almost all of the guys that go hear are more than willing to help you out if you get stuck if you're a newbe to a jym. Love all the guys that work her as I'm always asking dietary questions. Shaun that owns the gym and a few of the lads that work for him or that go to the gym enter competitions every year so if that's what you training for this is a great place to go. Shaun's gym is the 1st I've ever considered going to I've always felt welcome and have never looked back and I'm a girl in my mid 40s. Personal training to fit around your schedule. his prices are always kept cheap. Is open till late,an open almost all holidays. Giving it a try won't kill you and definitely will not break the bank.

Fantastic experience: My wife goes most mornings before work. Sho only started as she wanted the flat stomach and with the help of her PT and the pre arranged diet she got just that. But she enjoyed so much she kept it on and would be lost without it. Very helpful and a great range on machines.
