Ozbox crossfit

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed being part of the ozbox senior group. Like most mature people I thought CrossFit was for the younger generation but Sam has proved it most definitely is for everyone. I Can not recommend them enough. It’s a brilliant class and everything is set to an individual level. Sam is a great instructor and explains everything in great detail. I’ve never felt out of my depth. Can’t believe I have found an exercise class that I actually enjoy. Thank you Sam and the team at OzBox
