Fantastic experience: Great place. Full of people at different levels all seem respectful, Chris is a great teacher in classes & PT. I definitely recommend if you’re at any level. Even more so if you’re wanting to start. I’ve been working with Chris for over a year now and my confidence and fitness levels have never been as good.

Fantastic experience: Started this gym for a hobby and to overcome personal problems I was having, since starting I’ve enjoyed every single session I’ve had with Chris he’s a top man and exceptional fighter with tons of experience to share with us all. He gets involved and sometimes trains along side us not expecting us to do anything he wouldn’t do himself! I’m losing weight and learning a sport I’ve always enjoyed watching. I’d highly recommend coming down and training with us everyone is welcoming and leaves their ego at the door allowing us to train as a unit!
