Helped me plan everything just the way I wanted it and more. I’m very particular about things but trust me she would go all way to assist me and ensure I’m not stressing or anything. Just the best 10/10 for me. Value for money and I can’t wait to plan more celebrations with you ❤️

Fantastic experience: Great place for functions hosting up to 150 people. Nicely decorated venue for all types of functions wether that be birthdays, mhendis or nikkah celebrations.

Fantastic experience: I held my 21st birthday at Meraki hub and had one of the best birthdays. Their decor service over-exceeded my expectations, they’re very professional and the work staff are also very friendly. If your looking for a place to hold your birthday Meraki hub is the best place !!

I can’t thank sonia enough for making my dream day reality it was so special, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect for me and I was over the moon. She provided amazing hospitality and accommodated our guests the best anyone could. Everyone complimented how beautiful the settings was and how it all came out perfectly. Thank you so so so much, you’re amazing! I would definitely be booking again as she was super professional, I had nothing to worry about and just enjoyed my day as did the guests. The decor was beautiful, table settings and stage all the finer details definitely impressed everyone.

Fantastic experience: My cousin had her Nikkah ceremony at Meraki Hub and it was perfect. Sonia planned and organised everything, she was there on the day, managing everything. She’s very approachable and friendly; providing excellent service to my cousin. The venue itself is a hidden little gem, very clean, modern and the decoration is very classy. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Fantastic experience: I held my sisters bridal shower at Merkai Hub and all I can say is that this is hands down the best venue I have ever been too. Sonia was able to bring my vision to life and went above and beyond in everything and was always willing to help me out no matter what the inquiry was. I can truly say that Merkai Hub is expectional and I would advise anyone to go and book their events here for all your occasions I promise you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I will most definitely be coming for my future events too. Thank you Sonia for everything you truly are amazing :)

Fantastic experience: This venue is absolutely beautiful. I had my wedding there with decorations included in my package. I must say when I saw the end result I was completely taken away. Sonia has worked with me throughout my journey and went beyond and above to make sure my dream comes true. She is very professional, supportive, positive, and very passionate. Every little details were there. I am so happy and would highly recommend her service to anyone looking for a bespoke service.

Fantastic experience: i held my engagement party at the Meraki Hub and was thankful on the day i came past this place!! honestly Sonia has made my engagement party one for the books. it was the the most beautiful event i’ve had. Sonia is definitely someone you can rely on when making a decision for you, she took the colours i wanted and made the best decor. not once did i have to stress about how the hall will look or if something was to go wrong. on the day of the event Sonia was around and her brilliant staff were there to help, they’re the most politest and friendly staff i’ve come across. they all do work closely together like one family which is beautiful to say. so again thank you sonia for making my engagement party a beautiful one. i most definitely recommend this hall to anyone who is looking for do any sort of event. believe me you won’t regret it!! thank you sonia, hope to see you soon

Fantastic experience: I had my nikkah (aqd) here for 50 people and Sonia absolutely did not disappoint! Everything was beyond perfect for my big day, attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service is unmatched. She did demo tables and sent me pictures ahead of the day, as well as a walk through in person. She gave me opportunity after opportunity to have my input. Very accommodating and utterly a stress free wedding planning experience! The space is a fantastic hidden gem for intimate events.

Fantastic experience: I had both my Mendhi and Nikkah ceremony at Meraki Hub. I was absolutely blown away with the service I received for both days. Sonya (Owner) of Meraki hub went out her way to make both days so special for me. She took all her care and time out to listen to all my requests. Each meeting we had she was considerate, patient and receptive. She took all her time out to understand exactly what I wanted and I was NOT disappointed. She went out her way to make sure every prop and deigns was present and met to all my families standards. She was friendly, warm and enthusiastic, always innovating great ideas to make both days even more special. The venue was decorated SO VIBRANT, colourful and fun for my Menhdi and intimate, detailed and aesthetically charming for my Nikah. Every single detail was beautiful and delicate. The venue hall was clean, the lighting was perfect and changed according to different times in the event. PA sound system was available with 2 microphones. Sonya took most if not all the stress out of planning my both ceremonies. She lifted a massive weight off mine and my families shoulders as she had everything organised on both days. On both days she made sure all her waitresses were attentive, friendly, prompt and helpful. She made sure everything was running to the right allocated time. Everything was organised and went to plan. Her venue is clean, equipped and spacious. The parking was spacious, everyone has enough space to park and walk without any issues. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. I would 100% absolutely recommend Meraki hub to everyone who wants an intimate special day as Sonya hands down delivered that on my day. I couldn’t be any happier with the treatment I received and will be defiantly holding more family functions very soon! Thank you so much Sonya.

Fantastic experience: I held my wedding at Meraki Hub and I couldn't have imagined a better venue to have booked! It's the perfect venue for intimate and female-only events and Sonia went above and beyond for my special day! After going through some ideas of what I wanted, Sonia immediately knew what kind of a vibe I wanted and transformed it into a reality. She put in so much care, detail and time into the beautiful decor pieces! Will definitely be booking with Sonia again for future events!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I had the best experience with Sonia. She took care everything and was very helpful and informative. Literally made everything perfect. I threw a gender reveal party for my best friend. She was brilliant. The food was amazing and the staff she provided were very. I honestly would recommend her to everyone. Fantastic experience: Fantastic venue for my sisters mehndi. Sonia the owner went above and beyond to make the day as smooth and perfect for us. We wer given everything as promised and she also put in some extras for us..as you can imagin having your children in a family event can be exhusting for the parents.. she let us use her office an private space to let the babies sleep and take a breather.. Sonia also provided us with stage with no added cost! Honestly I would recommend this place this is why I have rated it 5stars!!

Fantastic experience: Had my Mehndi function at this hall and it was better than i could have hoped for. Everything was clean and neat which is very important in these times. They catered to my every need from the modern decor, table sizes, stage back drop, cake table, head table. Everyone loved the hall, there is also a small foyer just outside the hall which was great for anyone who had to step out for a bit. The owner Sonia felt like family by the end of the event as she was there to make sure everything ran smoothly and was at the venue early to make sure the setup ran smoothly too. Even my photographer and friends were praising how lovely she was! Out of the entire wedding stress this event was one i didnt have to worry about as Sonia made sure everything was as it should be! Despite her having just recovered from covid. I had 2 meetings before the event. One to view the hall and one to decide the details i.e decor and seating etc. Then after that all was in hand. Cant think of a single complaint :)
