Fantastic experience: I have just finished a 3 month training set with this lovely man, he is absolutely brilliant, at 74 I was a bit dubious at 1st but Paul soon made me at ease, he is kind, caring and encouraging. Very professional, I feel so much better, my balance has improved as well as getting up and down stairs, lifted weights I wouldn’t have thought possible with Paul always encouraging and advising. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Paul will miss our sessions together

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained with Paul for the last three months and found him to be an excellent trainer always making sure I don’t hurt myself and caring out exercises.
