Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend enough. I've been a member for over a year now, everything about CrossFit Freesol is amazing. My fitness levels have gone through the roof. This is ALL testament to the fantastic coaches who are on-hand in every class. They make sure you know the exercises, how to do them safely, and make sure you do the best for you. All the members a super friendly too, no egos, just everyone from all ages having a good time working out. I've been a member of various gyms in Newbury through the years. CrossFit Freesol is so much more than a gym. It doesn't matter how old or young you are, or what your fitness level is, it's perfect for everyone. I started last year, having spent 2 years of covid lockdowns with no fitness regime. If I can do it, anyone can. Stop reading these reviews, give them a call.

Fantastic experience: I've been a gym rat for way too long and had been stuck in a training rut for quite a while. After a bit of pushing from friends I did a trial session at CF Freesol and finally go it. What I'd been missing was the challenge of learning new skills, pushing your body, great coaching from Tim, Cara & Kieron and above all the other members. I've progressed more in the short time I've been going than I had in the previous 3+ years. Doesn't matter what your exercise history is or your physical condition, the sessions are scaled to work for you and you will absolutely progress quicker than with almost any other kind of exercise. Come down and try, you'll wish you'd started your journey sooner.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed my free trail CrossFit class, knowledgable instructors who will help and guide you in class. Just brought 10 sessions to carry on with my fitness journey. 5 star CrossFit gym !

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. Great new facility with everything you need. Run by highly qualified and motivational individuals. I’ve only had a few sessions so far - but would recommend to anyone looking to get in shape and try something different. UPDATE. 2 months in… can’t recommend it enough. Get yourself booked in and start making a positive change to your health and well-being .

Fantastic experience: I have been quite active all my life but never done cross fit before. I joined the gym a few months ago and i have to say it's the best decision ever ! Cara and Tim are very knowledgeable coaches and they guide you step by step to become the fittest you can be! This is what I am looking for really ; to become the strongest and fittest I have ever been in my life and I am confident that I will achieve this with the help and guidance from the coaches and all the super friendly and helpful members!

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous CrossFit gym with a wide range of new equipment for all types of exercises. Awesome CrossFit community both inside the gym and during social activities. Finally, great trainers who focus a lot on you making sure you are learning the correct techniques.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal coaching. Learning new skills and pushing yourself no matter your age, background, limited mobility or old injuries. For example, 16 months with minimal rig/bar work due to covid...within 15 minutes at Freesol I had mastered multiple Bar Muscle Ups, a dream I've had for years. Only the educated are free.

Fantastic experience: An amazing new box right in the heart of Newbury run by 2 of the most awesome coaches. Tim and Cara have created a fantastic place to help you become a better you. So much equipment choice, a comfy area to chill, space to stretch and most of all an incredible community called "The Tribe". If you really want become the best version of you, work on mobility, strength, work on fat loss, nutrition or mental strength, then pop along and say Hi. The box is situated in the Old Pine Furniture store behind Pelican lane. A stones throw from town (which you will be able to do from all the strength and technique you'll build :-) )
