Fantastic experience: Warley needed a gym like this!! It’s great gym wirh very friendly staff. High standard classes are great and very challenging. Loads of equipment also available. Would recommend to everyone as you wont find gym like this anywhere else in the area.

Fantastic experience: Metabolic at Warley HQ in Brentwood is a great gym. First time I went the owners were welcoming and informative and were only too happy to assist. Second time I went the class was brilliant with a quality planned workout and great instruction from the Castrosaurus Rex. Bloody decent music too. Would highly recommend if you are in the Brentwood area. Great facility.

Fantastic experience: When I enter this gym I feel safe and inspired. When leaving the gym even more inspired, and its all because of the lovely trainers and their wise words to get you through the workout. The classes are very testing but so fun. Feels like a workout party. Love it!
