Fantastic experience: Gym itself is absolutely amazing, very clean with tonnes of different equipment but the real star is the owner herself. I have been struggling with my knees for over 2 yrs, close to the point where standing up from the couch was a painful experience for me. I've booked in 3 sessions of physio / massage with Elaine and I have to tell you she is a miracle maker! I'm not only capable of carrying on with my day to day life without the shadow of pain but also I was able to beat couple of my PBs on the leg press and squat. Cannot recommend enough, for me that was life saving experience.

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin Day 1 being made to feel like your supposed to be there. This gym is like a home away from home Yes some equipment may look intimidating but the team at the foundry has so much knowledge that you will get over those hurdles instantly. No matter when your there its a place you'll feel welcomed and valued Honestly don't think I'd be able to train anywhere else now
