Keep fit with Michelle

Fantastic experience: Brilliant and varied Keep Fit classes which cater for all abilities/fitness levels - Michelle is a fantastic instructor who keeps you motivated and makes her classes fun and addictive! My fitness levels have improved massively since starting her classes and I have also made many new friends as a result which was an unexpected but very welcome bonus!

Fantastic experience: Have been doing keep fit with various classes over the years BUT finding Michelle’s classes were amazing she is so motivated and she motivates everyone from beginners to experienced people If l could l would go to every class, but she does so many the choice is fantastic.
