Fantastic experience: The people and the energy are what makes this gym special, it's a space where nobody takes themself too seriously. The coaches are amazing, and each bring something different to the sessions. The owners are present and always improving the gym in the interest of it's members. There is also a real family feel about the place and my daughter loves the kids class. Cant recommend enough for people of all abilities wanted to start or continue their CrossFit journey.

Fantastic experience: I started at Fixus around 10 months ago and loved it from my very first session. Under the guidance of excellent coaches and great facilities there is something for everyone no matter age or fitness levels the coaches and CrossFit in general caters for that so if you are thinking about giving it a try go for it. It also offers physio and PT sessions both of which I’ve taken advantage of and this has been a massive help improving technique and my mobility. This is a gem of a gym

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing!!!! I got introduced to Fixus by a good friend who coaches there and have never looked back. Walking in to a new gym can be a daunting experience but not here, all of the members and coaches go that extra mile to welcome you in. All the members are always there to help you over the line and there are no ego’s whatsoever. Every coach puts in 110% and always go above and beyond all with there own unique skill sets. Honestly cannot recommended Fixus enough to people looking to start their journey or take it to the next level.

Fantastic experience: Superb coaching from Liz, Andrew, Deb and Johnny, the coaches really looked after me in my first class. Can't wait until the next session. I also bring my kids to their mini-fix class and they love it, great activity for a child. Running, jumping, balancing, throwing and all sorts of movement to help build confidence, agility and coordination. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Awesome place full of wonderful and motivated people who are an absolute privilege to workout with. The coaches are fantastic and can accommodate people of all abilities, they take time to explain the movements and make sure there are options if you need to scale any movement. The gym is new and very well equipped, the owners continue to invest in the kit and listen to members thoughts and ideas. Everyone is made to feel welcome and valued, the community celebrate each others wins and are really positive. Give it a try you won't regret it and it may end up being life changing (no exaggeration!).

Fantastic experience: I just started at Fixus in the last few weeks and I love it. The owners/coaches Liz and Andy are super friendly and encouraging. I always leave this place with a smile on my face (and sweat). It's definitely one to try whether your new or experienced at CrossFit, as there's levels to suit all. You can get PT sessions too from a great selectuon of people. There's also physio and sports therapist on site to help with any injuries or niggles you may have. It's a one stop shop for all your fitness needs!

Fantastic experience: Everybody trains alongside each other, but all working to their own targets whether that be heavier or lighter weights, or whether it's a slightly more or less complex movement. The coaches eye for detail really makes a difference, and there is a real community feel with people helping and encouraging each other. Would 100% recommend for all abilities whether its no exercise/complete beginner or if you are an experienced athlete looking to be pushed.

Fantastic experience: I cannot imagine finding a better gym or better coaches than Liz, Andy and Deb. The support they offer and the way they listen and work with you to help you achieve your potential makes you push that bit harder but within your limits. I live in Saddleworth and there are plenty of Crossfit gyms closer than Fixus but travelling that bit further when the team make you feel so welcome and at ease is a no brainer!

Fantastic experience: Since joining CrossFit Fixus I can already see improvements within my fitness and skills and this is down to the expert coaching and programming from Andy and Liz. Fixus has a great atmosphere and community being built combine that with the excellent equipment and facilities, it has to be one of the best gyms around.

Fantastic experience: Went to watch the CrossFest competition recently and saw a t-shirt on the comp floor I didn't recognise...looked them up and now I'm four sessions in! All I can say is the experience has been amazing every single time!! Great experienced and knowledgeable coaches, awesome vibes and the facility is top notch as well. I'm so glad I gave them a try!

Fantastic experience: One month ago coach deb encouraged me to do an induction class to see if I would like as, as I kept moaning about my fitness and being unhealthy and did zero excrise. Since my first induction class with liz I have not looked back and been attending classes every other day. Crossfit fixus is not just a gym. It's is a gym you can go where people support each other and encourage each other to push there self harder. It's a gym that whether your a new starter to crossfit or someone has been doing it years you are made to feel welcome by everyone and every exercise can be adapted to your own ability. Every class is hard but every person in the gym makes it's fun and enjoyable. The coaches deb, liz and Andy have not just helped improved my fitness, they have improved my way of thinking when it comes to training. Mainly it has improved my mental health which has by far been the best. They have helped me overcome things I didn't think I would do. Crossfit fixus is NOT just a gym crossfit fix is a lifestyle and a family.

No ego no idiots just like minded people focussed on their own goals and support those of the people around them. Every session is a laugh! Liz, Andy, Deb and Jonny have created an environment that's welcoming and inclusive. Open to all abilities, turn up work hard and high fives what's not to love!

I love every class and how they are executed. The energy is spot on. Every ability is accommodated for therefore everyone is welcome. The kids CrossFit class is superb too, my children go and love it every single time! If you are looking for a real space to move and lift with genuine support, CrossFit Fixus is your place. I've been to a few CrossFit gyms and hands down, I have never felt so committed and determined to turn up and overcome my weaknesses and get stronger. Fantastic experience: I have to be honest, I was a little scared to give CrossFit a try. I thought I wouldn't be able to do any of the moves, lift any of the weights and didn't think I would be able to hold my own in the sessions. When CrossFit Fixus opened I decided to give it a go and have to say, I have never been more wrong! Every workout is scaled to suit the ability of each individual and I have lifted weights and completed workouts I never thought I could! The coaches Liz, Andy and Deb have huge smiles every day and encourage you to push yourself and believe in your ability but don't push so much that it puts you off going. The support and camaraderie from everyone in the sessions is amazing. I've been about 8 times so far and already feel like a part of the 'team'. Try CrossFit Fixus - you won't look back I promise!
