Fantastic experience: Max is a knowledgeable, reliable and friendly personal trainer. Being new to the gym and having some areas I needed to focus on, I wasn’t sure on how and where to start. However, Max helped me hugely with a tailored programme to suit me and the progress I have made has been incredible. Every trip to the gym is an enjoyable experience yet hard-work at the same time. I couldn’t recommended Max enough.

Fantastic experience: Max is a very knowledgeable and amenable trainer. He will tailor make a programme to fit your needs and review it regularly He is extremely reliable and flexible in his app I would have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone looking for a Personal trainer

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Max. I run a lot and suffer regularly from niggles, aches and pains. Max has designed a programme that accounts for the various injuries I’ve had over the years. He pushes me, tells me I can when I say I can’t, makes me sweat, and I love it! Never felt fitter or stronger.

Fantastic experience: Max is an absolute star! I wanted to achieve certain goals and build up my confidence in training and he delivered on all counts. He is extremely knowledgeable and tailored a programme to fit my needs. He works you hard but always with encouragement and positivity. I had great fun training with him and will definitely be signing up for more sessions. If like me you’ve been thinking of having PT sessions go ahead and book in with Max, you’ll not regret it!

Fantastic experience: Having Max as my personal trainer has been a complete game-changer for me. He pays great attention to detail, has extensive knowledge and experience, and plans our workouts meticulously. Max tailors the training plans to my specific goals and adjusts them accordingly based on how I feel on a given day. Fantastic experience: Max is an excellent PT. When I dislocated my shoulder he helped me and designed programs for my recovery. Now he’s helping me focus on building muscle and strength. Max is very thorough and knowledgeable. He strikes the right balance of pushing you to attain your goals without being aggressive. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Max has been training me 121 for about 18 months now. Hes a fantastic PT, highly motivated and vastly experienced in a range different training areas which allows him to build tailored programmes to your individual requirements. Ive seen significant improvements in my strength and mobility in the time we have trained together and am looking forward to working with Max for the long term. Would reccomend Max to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Max is an awesome and very knowledgable PT! I have been attending his weekly Upper Body class for over three years and thoroughly enjoy. He pays attention to technique and form even in a class setting. His programs are so well constructed and push you to progress in a healthy injury free manner. Fantastic experience: I am very happy I chose this place to start my boxing journey. I always wanted to do boxing but I was so scared and embarrassed to do so, but max really helped me get out my comfort zone and pushes me until the end. Every week I walk in and out with a huge smile because it’s such a great atmosphere and a really good way to start your day. One of the best things is that max will explain over and over again without getting tired or annoyed. He will always make sure you are performing the techniques right, make sure you’re feeling well and if you’re having fun. Honestly the best !!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing personal trainer, helped me achieve all my fitness goals. Really takes the time pre-plan each session to my own needs and goes above and beyond with advice outside of sessions about food (protein and calorie intake, micros, macros etc) and also and all round nice guy. A true perfectionist which is exactly I needed! Thankyou Max!
