Fantastic experience: Dropped in to the Crossfit Cairngorm box today and had Luke as our coach. The coaching, box, and community were great. Luke gave really good cues and made us all feel like we were part of the team. Thank you for having us today!!!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, super friendly, really welcoming. Don’t let the CrossFit tag put you off, it’s just really varied classes for 1 hour, all super accessible and for all abilities too, just switch off your brain and get some super fun, really varied and challenging sessions to work away at and you’ll leave feeling much better for it. Great for improving your overall strength and conditioning and taking that into other sports if you so wish. Really easy to fit in, classes start from 6am weekdays so it’s pretty easy to fit in around work. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had no idea what CrossFit was all about when I moved to the area and joined for some winter gym fitness. I was totally impressed with the warm welcome and how inclusive it has been, the coaching is consistently great, enthusiastic and really supportive. There’s always an option for every fitness level and work-around with injuries in mind. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: So good!! I just had my first session at CrossFit Cairngorm with Ruari. He is a great trainer and super warm and welcoming, I absolutely loved it. Everyone else there was lovely too so I felt instantly at ease. I highly recommend giving it a go, top quality training in a super friendly atmosphere, what more could you ask for!
