Fantastic experience: I have worked remotely with Charlie for a number of years. His ability to adapt my training programme to fit in with a busy schedule is so helpful and I have seen consistent improvements in my training. Charlie’s knowledge and understanding of programming is clear, keeping things manageable but progressive at the same time. I would highly recommend anyone to Charlie who is sitting on the fence as to whether they feel working with a trainer is beneficial to them!
