Fantastic experience: Stopped in Glasgow overnight on business and asked if i could call in for a one off visit. Really welcoming place, very well equipped and helpful staff. Did my own session then got invited to stay for a class. Absolutely rinsed!! Will return when back in Glasgow. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: I did four kettlebell sessions with Tom during a two-week visit to Glasgow. These were some of the best and most challenging workouts I've ever done. I highly recommend this place.
