CrossFit^® Hexis

Fantastic experience: I moved to CrossFit Hexis after being a member of another gym locally. I was given a warm welcome by the coaching team and other members of the Hexis community. I enjoy the variety of classes on offer and the app is great for tracking workouts and progress. I have been suffering with injuries over the last few months but that’s hasn’t been a problem for the coaching team, they have provided modifications and endless support in order to allow me to continue training. I would highly recommend Hexis to anyone looking for a great CrossFit gym!

Fantastic experience: If your looking to get in shape or stay in shape then this is the place for you. Coach ran classes to help reach your goals along with a vibrant community of like minded people. Your not a number, your a person. It's more than just a gym, so book a taster to find out what it's like! CrossFit is not for Everyone but it is for ANYONE!

Fantastic experience: The best decision I've ever made was to give crossfit a try. My only regret is not finding Hexis sooner. All the staff and coaches are fabulous. All the members are friendly and there is no judgement at any time. Everyone is at there own level of fitness and strength. It doesn't matter where you are or how much you scale the workouts. They are fun regardless. Come and try it for yourself you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Very inclusive gym, I've never once walked in and felt unwelcome like at some gyms. In fact the opposite, if people see you are new they will introduce themselves. Great coaches, who go out of their way to help you and explain every moment fully before we do them, making sure everyone is safe and injury free. It's so well equipped with lots of machinary (air bikes, air runner, rowers, skiERG, a massive rig, rings, ropes and literally tonnes of weights. I've been going for around a year and a half I've ended up making so many friends which makes you have the drive to get there and do the work. I've noticed such a change in my appearance, strength, stamina, resting heart rate and even my mental health. My partner has even started coming now too as she noticed the difference in me and how I would talk about how much better it is than a 'normal' gym.

Fantastic experience: I go mainly for mobility and flexibility work as an older member. Exercises are all scaled, and open (self-supervised) gym and Yoga stretches/positions are available via the ROMWOD programme. Coaches Paul and Oli are experienced, patient, and attentive. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to work out and train. Great people and community spirit. Paul and Ollie are great coaches and will help you out. The result is 3 stone lost so far in less than 2 years and I feel stronger than ever.

Fantastic experience: I can't really say how much this place turned my life upside down. The main tangible result would be the 43 kg (6.8 stones) weight loss since I joined 2 years ago. It was done progressively and slowly whilst constantly increasing my daily calories so I m not putting it back on. Together with weight, depression also goes away, energy levels are increased and generally fitter and stronger! I d never stuck to any gym before but I am definitively enjoying going there! You can join no matter your level, I started from nowhere: had to do push up against the wall etc.. everyone is supportive and will encourage you. The workouts are different everyday so it would be hard to explain what it is but there might be some weight lifting, some cardio, some gymnastics. It s based in a massive warehouse with assault bikes, rowers, GHD's, kettlebells, rig and all you need for weightlifting. It has showers and toilets. There is no way I could thank Paul and Oli enough for creating a place that could give me my life back. They're awesome!!! I have no pic of facilities but you can see my transformation, and no the weightlifting part does not necessarily make you look like a man. Give it a go!

Fantastic experience: Hexis is a great Crossfit fit and Personal training facility. Over the last 5 years I've travelled the world over to so many Crossfit boxes and had so many personal trainers..... Hexis takes the cake over them all!! Paul and Oly are flaming brilliant! Professional, fun and second to nine weather your a veteran or a new comer - they cater to every one. Not a box like this is the midlands - reccomended you pay a visit.

Fantastic experience: This place is fantastic, my fitness has increased and I've lost weight. The support from the coaches is amazing and most of all the gym members are very friendly and welcoming. Crossfit is for any fitness level and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
