Fantastic experience: Equipment Staff Price

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying that, as a local, Falmouth was in DIRE need of a decent gym. Fitpit/FPG has been sold off to students, and the Tremough Campus gym is too small and cramped. This is hands down the best gym I have ever been to in Cornwall, and perhaps in the UK. Why you may ask? The owners, Andrew (‘Bennett’) and Lora are simply brilliant. They are hardcore bodybuilders and clearly have a passion for the sport. Bennett is a self made man who built this gym from the ground up from the original building site. He put so much on the line, and took on so much financial risk to put the place together. There is amazing attention to detail, with branding on the tables, deadlift platforms, and more. It honestly feels like an established commercial gym, and I wouldn’t be surprised if this gym is not only extremely successful, but that they eventually franchise out to other locations. A LOT of love, blood, sweat and tears clearly went into this project. The atmosphere is old school bodybuilder gym, but with brand new machines and equipment. No more rusty pieces of sh*t clanking together, weights falling apart, etc. It has that classic old school look you’re looking for, but with beautiful new stuff. And the best part? Everyone looks after the stuff, and actually makes an effort to put their weights away after they’re done. Equipment-wise, everything that you need and want is there, from the classic leg/back/chest/arm machines, deadlift platforms, squat racks, benches, dumbbells. It is literally everything Falmouth has been asking for. All I can say is thank you Bennett, for sacrificing so much to build this place, and for helping the people of Falmouth and beyond to get into a good gym. You sir, are a legend.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best gym in the UK, genuinely! I workout most days and have for 20 years, so that means something! I've just completed a full body workout here. Travelling around for a few months and have been to about 20 different gyms all over the UK. A few have been amazing, but this one is my favourite because of three things: 1 - Really good quality equipment, none of those rusty, wobbly machines and also none of those shiny machines that don't really work with a human body. 2 - All of my favourite equipment is here, as well as a bunch of unusual equipment that I love now. 3 - Fantastic music! Okay, 4 - The staff are lovely. Just friendly people that will help you if you want them to. Love this place. Also have good quality vegan cookies, which I have never seen before.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I’ve been to. Great location, easy parking, clean and tidy facilities, friendly staff and most importantly a fantastic selection of equipment. Only £7.50 for a day pass. It was ideal for me as I’m only visiting Falmouth and was able to use the shower after my workout.

Fantastic experience: Favourite gym by far. Such friendly and helpful owners, excellent range of equipment, plenty of weights, good quality equipment, clean and tidy and an inclusive atmosphere. Good playlist too! Free lockers, great showers, what more could you possibly ask for! Wish I lived nearby, we only visited whilst on holiday and already want to go back - not like me at all!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic gym! Should 137293% be on your list of places to visit if you're looking for a gym or just fancy a session while in cornwall. Beware though it may very well be better than your local gym at home! Super welcoming amazing kit and they do day as well as weekly passes! Defo a must if you're in the area! We travelled about 30 mins every morning and was WELL WORTH IT! Can't wait to come back next year

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a gym to go to where I could pay as you go while I visited my Dad in Falmouth and King Gym certainly didn’t disappoint. The gym is really easy to find, has ample parking and the look of the gym as you walk in is awesome. I was greeted by a Lady and Gent at the reception desk who I assume own the gym, they were extremely friendly, warm and welcoming and gave a quick explanation of the gym and facilities. I couldn’t believe how clean and tidy the gym is, the available equipment is second to none and I was able to do everything I needed to do. The only thing wrong with this gym is that it’s 300 miles from my home!! If I lived closer this would be my gym of choice. Pay as go was £7.50 when I went which was almost half what some local competitors wanted to charge. If you’re local - join, if you’re visiting - go. A really fantastic experience each time I went. Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with a huge amount of equipment of all types. Flexible membership options are available and superb rates. Would highly highly recommend if you are staying the area and fancy a workout.
