Fantastic experience: Studio is super clean, great equipment and solid COVID-19 protocols. So far I have tried Strengthening, Conditioning and Tabata. All classes are really tough but you are able to work at your own level and with the right weights for you. Instructors are absolutely incredible, with the right mix of pushing hard and being supportive and encouraging. Not the cheapest at £15 a class but you get what you pay for and still much cheaper than PT (which I think they also offer).
