Fantastic experience: Great Studio tucked away out the way. Craig is excellent and really helpful in giving me advise and getting me on track. I did not do anything high pressure or public so this fits my needs perfectly thanks Craig hope all continues to go well

Fantastic experience: Craig at Results in a Flash trained me for 3 months and helped me to lose 1.5stone and gain strength. The workouts were varied and fun and he also helped me to change my diet. The sessions have given me motivation and i actually enjoy working out. Highly recommend.
