Fantastic experience: Crossfit Cassiobury is the first gym I have joined that has kept me wanting to comeback week after week. I joined a year ago and started going once a week to now going 3-4 times a week. I've always been on the lookout for a fitness regimen that challenges me & keeps me engaged. My search finally led me to Crossfit Cassiobury and I can confidently say that my experience there has been amazing. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed into a community of like-minded individuals, both trainers and fellow members. The support at Crossfit Cassiobury creates an environment that helps me learn and develop new skills and whether you're a seasoned athlete or a beginner like me, you're immediately made to feel part of a team that's dedicated to pushing boundaries. Dan and his team of coaches are amazing with a wealth of expertise. The trainers' passion for what they do is contagious, making each session not just a physical challenge, but also a mental and emotional triumph.
Fantastic experience: The team at Cassiobury are great. They know their stuff and are encouraging to newbies and cross fit pros alike. Whatever stage you are at, pop down and give it a go. Yes, the work outs are tough but they are also rewarding and allow you to go at your own pace. Everyone I’ve met there are super friendly. I feel like part of a team when I go and as a result it’s the first time I’ve felt accountable for my fitness.
Fantastic experience: Unlike most gyms, crossfit Cassiobury is a unique and personal service with a welcoming, family type atmosphere. Members and coaches are approachable and build your confidence right from the start. Everyone encourages and supports each other to get through the classes, completing the workouts together, no one gets left behind! I have made many friends here that i know will be friends for life! Exercises are tailored to individual needs and abilities, especially as i am not an athlete myself however, i am able to enjoy, complete the classes and feel motivated to keep going. I have tried many gyms in the past, mainly because of the impersonal experiences and starting a fitness journey alone then failing however,I will be sticking with this one! Thank you to all of the coaches and all of the members for making me feel welcome and be part of sharing our individual journeys as one.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Watford has been the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. I initially joined to lose weight and finally see some fat loss, however not only did I do that I became part of an incredible community. I have made friends for life and even brought in new members along the way. What I love about this place is that all the members are at different levels of fitness/at different stages of their journeys but we all train together, encourage everyone and more importantly we have fun!! Workouts are challenging but fun and you feel great for going every time! I couldn’t recommend CrossFit Cassiobury more!

Fantastic experience: To sum up CrossFit Cassiobury in one word - AMAZING! I would say it’s the best gym in Watford if your after any form of CrossFit style training or any type of Personal training in a private studio environment. Also has ample parking facilities which is a big tick. Dan and his team provide exceptional service to clients by listening to what our fitness goals are and then providing expert training, guidance and support to ensure results. My 5 year old loves to tag along and Dan & team do an incredible job of making everyone feel very welcome and creating a family friendly yet focussed environment. I have seen a huge improvement in my overall health having lost 2.5 stone in the last 10 months whilst also making big gains in overall strength. I have hit lifetime PB’s on my squat, deadlift and bench press which I would not have thought achievable in such a short time. Whatever your goal, whether it’s fat loss, weight loss, strength gain, building muscle or just general mental and physical well-being, I absolutely recommend giving Dan and CrossFit Watford a go first. It’s changed my life completely and it can definitely change yours too. Thank you Dan!

Fantastic experience: I joined CrossFit Cassiobury just under 2 years ago to help lose weight and get fitter. I had tried many different gyms and exercise groups before but this was completely different and I loved it from the first session. Every workout is different and all the coaches push you hard. I have made some great friends. Everyone is so friendly and cheer each other on and encourage one another to get our best results. I have had a few injuries along the way but that hasn’t stopped me training. With Dans expertise he has tailored the workouts so I can always do it. I have introduced many family and friends to the team and they love it just as much as I do so if you are thinking of joining try a taster class and you will be hooked.
Fantastic experience: Dan the Man... I've been training with Dan at CrossFit Cassiobury for several months now. He really understands what I'm after and he tailors each session to work on building my strength, stamina and physique. Dan is truly knowledgeable in all areas of health and fitness from his natural ability to teaching techniques, the various exercises, stretches to healthy eating and nutrition. Each session is a lot of hard work (for me) but it's also a lot of fun and extremely rewarding. His planning of the exercises, the music, positive attitude and motivation makes you go back for more. Dan is an absolute gem who I'm really happy to have helping me on my journey to a healthier me.
Fantastic experience: Iv been training with Dan for a year now and recommend him at the highest standard iv even got friends and family to try a session with him and now they are hooked!! Three words to describe Dan would be... Tough, caring and knowledgeable. If you want to lose weight, gain mussle or eat more healthy then Dan is you man. Great friendly atmosphere during sessions with a bonus of making new friends along the way.
Fantastic experience: Only been training with Dan for a short time, but already I’m hooked and believe me when it comes to training that just doesn’t happen for me. Dan is patient, supportive and always at the end of the phone with tips and advice to help maximise your results. The people I’ve met have also been great, we all help each other out and it’s actually really good fun as well as a lot of hard work. I can’t recommend enough, get involved!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with dan now for 10 months, and i couldnt ask for a better personal trainer. Dan is so supportive and is always at the end of the phone for support with nutrition and dieting. I have done things that i never thought i could do and my body shape has changed so much and that is down to dan pushing me !! I have also met great people which makes training so much fun. It has helped me mentally and physically and i only have dan to thank for that .

Fantastic experience: I joined Dan in Mid November, and I have never looked back! The workouts and complete support that we receive has completely changed my life, and I am seeing the change in how I look and feel already! I always found it hard to stick to work out plans, but Dan makes every session fun and tailors elements to what you want to achieve. The whole team you train with make you feel welcome from your first session, and we all support each other to get through our sessions. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Dan now for 6 weeks. Being a person who has always been slim and struggled to keep weight on, my goal wasn't to lose weight but instead to build muscle, improve my fitness levels and enhance my body shape. Dan advised me on changes I could make to my diet and has encouraged me in every session to push myself beyond my normal limits. As a result I noticed changes to my body after just 3 weeks that I have never been able to achieve before! The environment at Dan Russ Results is supportive, motivating and fun (yes exercise can be fun!). Highly recommended!
Fantastic experience: DR is a great gym to be a part of! Dan inspires and encourages me like no other gym I've been to before. I've lost weight and gained muscle, but more importantly I've learnt how to eat healthily in order to maintain my progress. Dan attends courses on a regular basis to always know the best ways of training and nutrition. I couldn't have done it without him!
