Fantastic experience: Nice location, small business run by someone who’s clearly passionate about it and does a lot of good in the community. Got a lot of equipment you’d find in a regular gym plus some cool gear you wouldn’t. Excellent swimming area nearby.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. It has everything you need for a good workout. Cardio machines, weight machines with weighted plates, dumbbells, Olympic bars etc. the staff can help you set up a circuit for you to follow on the day. There are free public toilets right behind as well.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym in an amazing location. Spent a weekend here for ‘Op Commando’ in conjunction with Civvy 2 Commando. What an experience! Run by Royal Marines / SF Operators, with special guest speaker Phil Campion, the information gained from this weekend is invaluable for anyone with plans to join the military, or even just in life. They know their stuff inside out. Challenging both physically and mentally, I’m walking away from this weekend a better person than before.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely stunning views with amazing equipment! Love training outside, whether sun or rain - it’s so invigorating! The coaches are so friendly and approachable that you are made to feel instantly at ease and included which makes such a difference if you feel a bit nervous! Fantastic experience: Who Dares Gyms has such an amazing set up with quality equipment, views and the most motivating coaches. Bootcamps are INSANE! There’s a mixture of all ages and abilities and they don’t just work you physically but mentally too. It’s clear that L and the Busby Brothers put a lot of time and planning into their sessions, they really push you to your limits but know what those limits are. All the staff at the gym can never do enough for you. They are always offering guidance on workouts and their knowledge is second to none when it comes to fitness. Everyone who attends the gym whether it be the staff or other users are so supportive and friendly. I don’t ever feel judged or watched as I would at other gyms. Everyone is there to help and guide each other. You really are part of a community here. If you’ve seen the gym and not tried it out yet, I really recommend coming down. It doesn’t matter how ‘unfit’ you think you are, everyone is truly there to support you to reach your fitness goals no matter what they are. I wish everyone the best of luck at Who Dares Gyms and can’t wait to see how it grows. Watch this space…
