Fantastic experience: As a 40+ year old who has not done much exercise in the past 20 years, I joined the six week program. I've now completed that program and continued my membership. The Personal trainers are great, they listen and adjust to yours needs but challenge you to do your best. I'm doing more than what I thought I could and continue to improve. I've joined gyms in the past and lost interest amd made excuses. The community you joined at this gym is very supportive and push each other. Honestly the best I've felt in a long time.

Fantastic experience: I joined My Body Fit 7 weeks ago. I was looking for a friendly place to go that would help me feel motivated to push myself to get the results I wanted. My first session the my body fit the team came over to me to introduce themselves as they knew I was new which I loved made me feel valued and part of the my body fit family. Everyone that attends are really friendly and we are all different ages and abilities but all there for similar reasons. We also have a food group which is very useful and inspiring for different meal choices. I would highly recommend my body fit. Thanks to all the team at My Body Fit.
Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Mybody-Fit enough! I’ve been a member for about 3 months now, joining after completing their 6 week starter course. I’ve never been a “gym person” - didn’t feel comfortable in a gym, always felt out of place and self-conscious - not anymore! I love going to this gym. All the PTs are amazing, so friendly and make a workout fun whilst pushing you (on an individual basis!). Jake, Lewis, Sy, Kim and Sarah are the friendliest, most lovely and funny people! There’s such a community feel and everyone you train with supports each other. The difference I feel in myself is amazing, more than anything I expected - more energy, stronger, fitter, healthier, more toned. I’ve lost weight but am actually more surprised by the inches I’ve lost! I never regret a gym session here (not even a 6am Monday one)! I can’t recommend this gym and its people enough!
Fantastic experience: I’ve stopped and started various gym memberships, bootcamps and exercise classes over the years and nothing has ever really stuck, until now! I went along to a trial at MBF eight months ago and I truly can’t imagine not going now it’s such a part of my routine. It’s not just a gym, it’s so more than that. The community feel from everyone is unmatched and I love that I’m training and having a laugh at the same time, every time. Everyone is so welcoming, and all ages, fitness levels and abilities all come together brilliantly. The trainers are all amazing, so inspirational and good at what they do. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with MBF for the last year. My goal is to increase my strength and fitness. I am so much stronger than when I started. I have recently been focusing on increasing my running performance and have seen dramatic improvement within just a month. Everyone is incredibly friendly, supportive and encouraging. Fantastic experience: I have just completed the 6 week programme and before I started I couldn't walk up the stairs or even a short distance without getting breathless. I couldn't imagine being able to do all the exercises that we are taught to do. I find myself enjoying the sessions and even look forward to it. If there is an exercise that is too difficult for me to achieve then instead of excluding me Lewis will adapt it so that I can still take part. I became a widow in March and have some serious health issues but Lewis and Kim have supported me so much. I already feel fitter and stronger than I did 6 weeks ago I hope for this to continue. I would highly recommend Jake and his team they all care passionately about what they do. MBF has saved my life I'm glad I found them.
Fantastic experience: Amazing friendly and supportive environment created by Jake and his team of PTs. I joined to lose weight, which I’ve achieved, but gained so much more in strength, confidence and have taken on challenges I never thought possible! It was the best decision I made to join and couldn’t recommend enough.
Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I’ve found these guys. I’ll be lost without them. Been with them for around 18 months. All the PT’s are amazing and they work so hard. You can tell they love what they do. They very supportive and encouraging, with nutrition, exercise and advice. Always at the end of the phone when you need them. It’s never too much for them. I enjoy coming into my sessions and Bootcamp is super fun . I’ve met some amazing people. My results have been incredible. I’m the fittest I’ve ever been. I love keeping fit, because of them. Fantastic experience: Have been a member here for nearly 6 years and could not recommend more highly. Really knowledgeable and caring PT's who take their time to build relationships and understand what each individual client needs. They also pivoted and helped me post partum to get back to my pre baby fitness. It really is suitable for anyone and everyone! Not only have I achieved the aesthetic results I was hoping for. They have helped me reach out of my comfort zone and achieve things I would of assumed I wasn't capable of.
Fantastic experience: I can recommend Mybodyfit and the PT’s highly enough. Like most people I have tried many diets , quick fixes and fad exercise regimes over the years and no surprise they haven’t worked long term. With the help and support of Kim I’m now at age 50 at the best shape I think I have ever been in. Kim reads me and has got to know me very well and always pushes me to get the absolute best out of myself and reach limits I didn’t know I could . There is a great community created by the team with classes , group conversations offering support and advice on all areas of fitness , diet and health and group challenges .

Fantastic experience: They really get to know you and what your goals are. And together, whether as a group or 1-1, you will absolutely smash those goals. All PTs are supportive and encouraging, with nutrition, exercise and advice. Fantastic experience: I first trained with Mybody-Fit as part of their 6 week trial back in 2019 in preparation for a family holiday to Florida and it really made a big difference. Unfortunately, I didn't continue after my vacation always procrastinating using work as an excuse, but then rejoined back in 2021 and not looked back in all honesty. What I've always liked about MBF is the passion of the whole team and the feeling of belonging. It's more like a family than going to a gym with a trainer. There are no ego's here with the trainers but a desire to help you in your journey to make you feel better about yourself irrespective of your age or size. Jake really is a people person and his passion is infectious and this continues with his amazing team. If you want to make positive changes in your health and fitness look no further-you will not be dissappointed.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been training now with Jake at MBF for 3 years now .I have never really enjoyed the gym much but I’m now at the stage if I don’t go I feel guilty . Jake makes it fun and whilst I’m training he helps with his advice and knowledge to help me get to my goals . His positive attitude , energy and motivation along with his singing and dance moves whilst I’m training make all my sessions fun . All the team are friendly and helpful and there’s the food group also to get great ideas from even though I hardly Post mine as once it’s ready I’ve eaten it !!!!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Mybody-Fit for about 4 or so years now. The team are fantastic. Really supportive and encouraging. The group sessions are challenging, fun and varied. It’s great that you get to train with each member of the PT team if you pick different times of the day or week and the sessions are all different. There is a good mix of people who go along and a mix of ages too. I am not a lover of going to a gym and would much prefer to be outside but Mybody-Fit is a perfect balance for me. I started going so I could avoid spending money on physios or Osteo if I was injured or twisted something I shouldn’t have. And the money is much better spent! Totally recommend.
Fantastic experience: Joining Mybody-Fit personal training is the best decision I have made in the last year. Kim, my personal trainer, has built up my strength and fitness in a way that is perfectly paced to prevent injury and build my stamina. She genuinely cares about her clients so I always feel motivated. I am dyspraxic and so often struggle in classes to process instructions and perform tasks correctly. Kim takes time to break moves down and ensure I am getting them exactly right so I get maximum benefit. She plans each session with care around my needs. I am now doing things I could not have imagined being able to do a year ago.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with the MyBodyFit team for 5 years now and they’ve been hugely important in helping me achieving my fitness goals. Having never trained previously I was nervous to start, but I’m so glad I joined and I’ve never looked back. Not only are this team great at getting you results, they’re really lovely people and have created a real community spirit that you want to be part of. I’ve never left a class or PT session without a smile on my face, and the whole team has motivated me to grow physically and mentally. They’ve totally transformed my thinking - I’m no longer ‘I can’t do that,’ I’m now ‘what else can I do?’ I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Fantastic experience: Went along to MBF just to see what it was all about. That was three years ago and I'm still going! The classes are a great way of getting you moving and no previous experience needed! I have had great support from the team and the members - honestly I know it sounds clichéd but everyone there really does want you to achieve your goal - whatever that may be. Forget slogging it out in the gym on your own - come down to MBF and achieve your goals but have fun at the same time!
Fantastic experience: Jake of Mybody-fit personal training is a brilliant trainer! His fitness knowledge and nutritional expertise is second to none. His enthusiasm motivates me to exercise when I loathe doing it...but then I feel fantastic afterwards. I would highly recommend Jake and Mybody-fit to anyone looking to get fit and healthy. We all need to look after ourselves after the lessons learnt from covid.
Fantastic experience: So glad I joined MBF and love its all round approach to nutrition and fitness. After a lot of injuries, I wanted to build up my strength and fitness but found it really difficult to motivate myself. Kim is an amazing trainer who really cares and goes above and beyond - her encouragement has given me the confidence to push myself and do things I didn't think I could do. She is so good at adapting the session to however I am feeling and has made working out something to look forward to. The group classes and run club have been just as good and I've really enjoyed being part of the MBF community.
Fantastic experience: My body fit is great, the gym has such a great vibe. As someone over weight and feeling unfit it’s daunting going to a gym, this place you can feel at ease and welcome. Jake is my trainer I have found it hard over the years being consistent training and getting the food right also. But after training with Jake I don’t dread my gym sessions I actually enjoy them, have had some great advice on nutrition and how to make it work for me and my life style. I have started seeing results with weight loss and feel so much stronger and fitter. I couldn’t recommend higher, they love to see results and really care about there clients.
Fantastic experience: I have been a 1 to 1 client of Jake’s for a long time. As a Personal Trainer, Jake has helped me enormously to improve my strength and fitness and much valued advice with nutrition. The atmosphere in his new gym is very friendly and welcoming. All of the trainers are are so helpful and accommodating with everyone. At the age of 72, I feel fitter than I did ten years ago! The weekly sessions are well thought out for my needs and extremely progressive. These sessions, I find, are motivating and encourage well- bring both mentally and physically. They are also a most effective way to avoid and erase those inevitable aches and pains which unfortunately come to us all as the years progress! You really are never too old to join Mybody-Fit. Fantastic experience: Having trained with Mybody-Fit personal training for 6 years, I can’t recommend them enough. I started training with them as someone who had never exercised and struggled to walk for 5 minutes on a treadmill at moderate intensity. I was severely overweight and lacking in confidence. The thought of being in a gym terrified me. But I was welcomed to my first session with smiles, encouraged all the way and never made to feel any different to the fittest members of the group. Through the 6 years with mybody-fit, I lost 5.5 stones in weight (33kg), ran two 10km obstacle courses which included swimming across a lake and ran half a marathon. I never joined personal training expecting to achieve half of these goals but the team believed in me and pushed me far more than I could ever imagine or expect. The environment is comfortable, easy and enjoyable. Having a bright and chirpy team, the sessions are joyful and taken at you own pace. I have met lifelong friends through training with my body-fit and the sense of community, I have not experienced in any other club or gym. If you are unsure, give them a go because I have no doubt that you’ll leave your own glowing review. I have had a truly life changing and life extending experience. Genuinely can’t recommend them enough!
Fantastic experience: I’ve always struggled with motivating myself for the gym and even if I do, enjoying my time at the gym is hard. Something I love about this gym is the sense of community. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and it’s all familiar happy faces. Jake and the gang are so accomodating as well, they reach out to motivate me to come in, check in regarding injuries etc before any glass and always just make you feel so included and welcome. If anyone is thinking of joining, reach out to Jake for a trial… I’ll guarantee you won’t want to leave!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Mybody-Fit, training with Jake, for nearly 4 years which probably says it all! I go to gym on the basis of use or lose it and not being a natural need lots of encouragement and interesting varied routines to keep me going. Jake does that in spades. Over the years I’ve had most of the trainers and they are all super supportive and work with you on your goals and needs, working round the occasional health niggle and my asthma. Couldn’t recommend them more highly for a positive and rewarding training experience in a great setting.
Fantastic experience: Myself and my partner have been using Mybody-Fit now for three years. The entire team is absolutely fantastic! The classes are always fun but challenging, and really varied. All of the trainers are incredibly warm and welcoming, and there is a huge sense of community that I have never found elsewhere. Sarah has been our PT and I want to give her a special shoutout. She cares so incredibly much for her clients and has provided us with so much support and laughter in and outside of the gym. She is simply fantastic at what she does and has really helped us get wedding ready! The other PTs, Jake, Dave, Lewis and Kim are just brilliant too, so kind and always a good laugh which makes working out actually enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend MBF more if you’re looking for a place to get fitter, healthier and have a laugh along the way!
