Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to train, really friendly staff, very helpful and welcoming. Never trained there before, and I was in the area for work and needed somewhere to go. No fuss, no contracts, just a health and safety form, pay at the door, and you're good to go. I would highly recommend this gym it has a wide range of equipment for all types of trainers. Amazing.

Fantastic experience: Joined Corefit 18months ago and never looked back! I'd always done cardio based workouts and trained in a female environment, so having never lifted weights this was so out of my comfort zone and I was super nervous walking through them doors. There was no need as everyone just welcomes you and you're never left on your own. For £45 per month each functional class is very similar to what I was getting in PT sessions so a total bargain and so many choices of classes. The gym has become a part of my life & I've made some great friends along with this my body shape has changed so much as has my attitude to fitness & diet. Thanks Team CFC ♥️

Fantastic experience: A very welcoming, top class facility. Tucked away in Consett lies this top end gym with a very reasonable price tag. It pretty much caters for a huge range of training styles, and as the name would suggest, you could build a very good core fitness level here from nothing. Besides the high end equipment here, the guys that run the gym are very friendly and welcoming. For me it was the best thing in Consett, not a hard thing albeit, but defiantly a credit to George and Neil. All the best to you guys and your community, I've now moved out of the area hence my absence. Cheers,

Fantastic experience: Great gym, no judging and membership is a good price for what you then have access too. Plenty of things in the gym and an all round good place for anyone's gym goals

CFC has a friendly, motivating atmosphere and you’ll get to try out a range of different work outs. First time I’ve actually enjoyed training (no two days are the same) Get yourself joined up you’ll be glad you did!

Fantastic experience: Really great idea! Different every time and the time passes quickly. Never feels like a work out, but you are totally smashed at the end. Instructors are really good crack and the atmosphere is great..... Really got me back Into fitness again

Fantastic experience: Awesome setup!!! Knowledge as a PT is clearly a benefit but neal and george have a passion for what they do and that supersedes anything a typical PT can translate. Its fun, engaging friendly and competitive. Various levels of ability and its about fun and achievements not a cult like some crossfit facilities can be! Recommend highly
