Fantastic experience: I’m coming towards the end of my two week free trial and I couldn’t recommend Crossfit Navalia more. The people (members and coaches) are unbelievably friendly, a great variety in what you’re doing every day and they really do cater for all fitness levels. I’m joining very unfit and I’m looking forward to seeing what the next few months does!
