Fantastic experience: I've recently come back to EMS after a break due to illness and I love it. Given I have to manage my energy levels, a short personalised EMS workout suits me down to the ground. I'm already seeing results in terms of building muscle. Plus, all the trainers are really nice people too so sessions are fun and cheerful

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Tom, George, Rachel and the team for around 5 years now and I couldn't rate them more highly. Every EMS session is slightly different depending on your focus and the range of exercises chosen, but each one gives a deep tissue workout that you can feel for days afterwards. I'm a keen runner and cyclist, and EMS really compliments my other training. In fact I believe it's a big help in keeping me injury-free by working all the muscles and stabilisers I might otherwise miss. To cap it all off, they're all lovely warm people who care about doing a great job. Hats off to all of you at Fast Track Fitness!

Fantastic experience: I find that the virtual sessions are very effective at keeping me exercising and stretching me, literally and more generally, to keep fitter than I otherwise would be - it is amazing how many different 'exercises' George finds to do this and he imposes the right amount of 'pain' to ensure that my strength doesn't deteriorate too much with age, even in my 'more senior' years!

Fantastic experience: I have been doing an online Pilates class with Fast Track for almost a year. The effects on my mental and physical well being have been phenomenal. You don`t need a lot of space or equipment and Tracy the instructor, explains the moves in such wonderful detail even if you haven`t done Pilates before you are in safe hands! I highly recommend trying this out - the classes provide a fabulous work out for your whole body and leave you ready to face our life challenges with renewed vigour! Fantastic experience: We have completed 12 training sessions with George and have really noticed the difference in our tone and strength. The session goes really quickly and we feel exhausted in a good way! George keeps it interesting with a good play list too

Fantastic experience: Jim and I have loved working with George our personal trainer at Fast Track Fitness. He is extremely polite, knowledgeable and fun. We have concentrated on strength, core and balance and have improved week on week. I have also lost 20lbs! As a Chief Nurse and Surgeon at Southampton General it has been pretty full on so training has not only improved our fitness but has also been good for our personal well being. Fantastic experience: I have been working with George at Fast Track Fitness for over 6 months and am loving my training journey. When George started training me I was a bit directionless and unsure about where to focus my efforts. As well as working weekly on my core strength and building muscle tone (essential for my peri-menopausal self!) he has helped me take control of both my eating and drinking habits, and identify other activities that are building my overall fitness and strength. He is knowledgeable, clear, a joy to work with, and is firmly encouraging without being overly pushy. My goal was always to get and remain as fit as I can be for my self and my children and with George's help I am well on there way there.

Fantastic experience: Not just for super-athletic types! If like me you: 1) sit down way too much, 2) dislike exercise, and 3) you’re not sure you actually sure you HAVE a core, please give EMS a try. It’s 20mins - you can do anything for 20mins - and you’ll feel the ‘benefit’ for days afterwards. I’ve discovered entire muscle groups I never knew I had. It works.

Fantastic experience: Brilliantly flexible approach as we work together to strengthen muscles to protect my injured hip. I’ve gained overall fitness too. All the trainers are friendly and helpful ensuring use the correct techniques for the exercises. Every workout is different which keeps my interest high.
Fantastic experience: I decided to try Fast Track EMS as I had a herniated disc in my lower back and was due to have a Micro-Discectomy operation. I had a couple of sessions before the operation to try to improve my core strength and improve the speed of my recovery. I then had a number of sessions over the space of a couple of months after my operation to aid my recovery and help me to recover strength and mobility. The difference and benefits have been amazing. Recovery from the operation was a breeze, which I'm sure is largely down to the training from Tom and Rachel at Fast Track EMS. My strength and mobility is now massively improved! Tom and his team are great trainers that really listen, understand your situation and specific needs and adapt your training plan to suit you. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished a block of ten sessions of EMS training with fast track EMS and have just booked on to another block of ten! I train with my partner and both he and I have noticed a massive improvement in physical stamina and physique. I first wanted to try EMS as I’ve had several issues with herniated discs and problems that have arisen due to hypermobility syndrome, I love being active but felt restricted as the exercise I used to do seemed to exacerbate the pain and injuries. I looked into EMS and its background in rehabilitation and thought maybe this will be good. It’s incredible! The personal approach from both Tom and George mean that postural corrections have helped me use my muscles in the right way which is great in combatting the issues from hypermobility. I already feel so much stronger and we’ve only been going once a week for 20 minutes sessions which has been great for my own time management. Thanks to both Tom and George who are lovely, motivating people who are by no means like a drill sergeant; plenty of laughs along the way.
Fantastic experience: I am not a natural when it comes to the gym and don't have much free time. So twenty minutes of intense excercise is ideal for me. The trainers are excellent: fun, very patient, know their stuff and are always encouraging. My aim was to feel fitter and stronger and I do! I originally signed up for ten sessions and then for ten more. My balance is better and I am (slightly) more co-ordinated. Can't recommend it highly enough - whether you are young and fit or older and less so!
Fantastic experience: I thoroughly recommend trying EMS with Tom and his team. They are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. EMS workouts are quick and very effective, and really complement my existing workout routine. I feel so much stronger and my achy back much improved.

Fantastic experience: I've had about 7 sessions of Fast Track EMS so far and I'm really feeling the benefits - what an amazing workout! I feel so much stronger and more toned, and the sessions are great fun too. I've had knee problems for years, and this is a great way to exercise without aggravating it, and to strengthen the surrounding muscles. Would definitely recommend.
