Renegades gym

Fantastic experience: Attended Renegades gym for a Strong First workshop. Would highly recommend ✌️ 1. Renegades has great kit for strength & conditioning including olympic lifting and all sizes of kettlebell. 2. Dan Fallon was extremely welcoming open and knowledgeable. 3. Dan's humble and unassuming approach reflects someone that's got a real depth of practical knowledge - including being a physiotherapist and Royal Navy trained rehabilitation PTI. I'd say a must visit gym when I'm in the Portsmouth area If only I was more local.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, great range of equipment, however the standout thing about this Gym is it's coaches, they are full invested in you from beginning to end creating a fantastic environment to train in.
