Syd Yoga has worked with various different communities. From tailoring his style of Yoga to suit a group of Military Veterans to working in partnership with Curzon Ashton FC Foundation on providing Yoga for people who suffer from isolation, Jamie would love to work with your community or business.
Through my own yoga and mindfulness practice, I have witnessed vast improvements in my own health and mindset. It is now my ambition to help others heal themselves and improve their health and quality of life.

Syd Yoga provides a modern approach to an ancient practice, explaining Yoga and Mindfulness with modern science. Its not about how fit and flexible you are, its about learning to understand, heal, and maintain ones physical and psychological self.
I have been attending Jamie’s yoga classes for about 6 years . I have a chronic IBD called ulcerative colitis and Jamie’s classes have helped me so much . I absolutely love his no pressure attitude, how he tells you to listen to your body and breathing techniques. You could attend Jamie’s classes if it’s your first time at yoga or your millionth and still feel good about what you’ve achieved. Anyone with UC or CHRONES I can definitely recommend Syd yoga , I use breathing techniques when I have a painful flare . I have attended classes when I just want to go to bed (UC gives you chronic fatigue). Once I get there I feel so much better about myself . Once again Jamie thank you so much for what you do , I know your passion for helping people with anxiety and health problems and you really do help us Thank you once again for everything you do

Fantastic experience: I have been going to yoga classes on and off for years and the right teacher makes all the difference. Jamie is the best teacher I have ever come across, he really focuses on the whole experience of well-being, breathing and relieving stress. He continually evolves the classes based on his own experiences and practices. I am currently completing a PhD and firmly believe that Jamie's yoga classes have got me through the stresses along the way. I would highly recommend this class for anyone who wants to learn ways to cope with life's stresses and live in the present moment. Syd Yoga classes are suitable for all ages and abilities with no comparisons or expectations, just pure relaxation and self-awareness.
Fantastic experience: The best yoga class I have ever been too. Jamie puts you at ease instantly. I have really benefited from his class. My posture has improved and the meditation he ends the class with always helps me sleep. Very relaxing environment. Live it. X
Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Jamie's classes, he's really friendly and good at putting people at ease. There's no pressure with poses so class is ideal for beginners and advanced. He also has a really calming voice which helps with the lovely meditation at the end of class... I challenge you not to fall asleep
