Fantastic experience: The small studio environment ensures you get a really personalised workout each time you go. The sessions are challenging but Becca always takes into account your own personal fitness levels and any physical limitations. Can't recommend enough

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a Personal Trainer or small fitness classes this is the place to go. Shona & Bec are both absolutely amazing at what they do and always go the extra mile to make sure their sessions work for you. Having suffered with my joints they have always adapted anything I needed them to. Can highly recommend, very knowledgeable and a very friendly experience.
