The Shed

Built to the highest standards and equipped with top spec kit, The Shed is a fantastic addition to FRUFC’s facilities at Wilkinson Way. The gym is open from 06:00 – 22:30 daily. The majority of time will be set aside for members to use the facility in an "open gym" format. There will also be regular scheduled classes and from 18:00 - 21:00 Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays the facility is reserved exclusively for Senior and Academy squad training. Booking and door access is via the Gymmaster App. Gym users must book open gym slots to ensure that everyone has access to equipment. The Shed also features a great sound and AV system, state-of-the-art air conditioning, a shower and WC, 24 hour CCTV and on-site parking
