Fantastic experience: The classes are measured to individual needs, fun hard focused. Excellent exercise and good fun. Penni’s enthusiasm and knowledge takes you through the pain barrier and into a fitter happier place, I cant recall ever meeting another instructor with such passion for her business and more importantly her clients. If you want to be fitter happier then join up. highly recommended. If i could score this business ten I would.

Fantastic experience: I've been doing Pen's Kettlebell class for a year now and it has made a huge improvement to my strength and balance, and of course it does burn off a fair few calories! Pen is a great instructor; she pays a lot of attention to detail and to individual needs, but best of all we have a good laugh.
