Fantastic experience: Great gym everything you need been training here about a year never had to wait for anything even at peak times. Jaman the owner is a top lad and all the boys that visit the gym always let on proper social club I won't go anywhere else now. There's a wide range of boxing/martial arts classes to suit every age and skill level. No judgement and everyone willing to help.

Fantastic experience: Great place for kids to get into thai boxing and boxing. My little boy started when he was 5 and a half and has loved every session. I can see progression in his confidence and teaches him discipline. Even whilst it's been quiet during Ramadan, he's continued sessions even though it's just been my little lad having a one to one session, so thanks.

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym and Muay Thai club. Jaman is an excellent Muay Thai coach with over 30 years of experience fighting and also training and fighting in Thailand. His 1-1s are great value for money and he is attentive and allows you to learn at your own pace whilst pushing you just enough that you can handle in order to progress. Definitely recommend for adults and kids both.

As soon as you step inside the gym you see all the world class fighters Jaman has trained over the years. Jaman is an amazing coach pushing you to your limit every session whilst working on technique and fitness equally. Classes cater for all levels from beginners to those looking to fight competitively. Fantastic experience: My son who is 6 years old goes to this gym and he absolutely loves it, the staff at the gym is so friendly and always help kids at the gym, and they send me regular updates about my son like how is he doing and send me regular videos while he is training which always makes me happy because I can see that my son is enjoying it. Fantastic experience: Clean, bright, friendly environment with a well-equipped gym workout area and a dedicated boxing and Thai boxing space which hosts daily classes in the evening for children and adults. The membership rates are cheap too. I highly recommend those living in Rochdale and beyond to check it out if you are looking to get into shape and needing guidance.

Fantastic experience: Jaman is one of the humble teachers I’ve met. He’s teaches my son Danny who has been training for almost 3 years with him. He fights for the club. The change I’ve seen in my sons behaviour and progress in his studies are amazing. How positive, confident and focus towards his life he is. Have to say the gym is very clean, ran professionally, very well organised and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The prices are reasonable to. Jaman yours doing a great job with the kids.
