Fantastic experience: The gym itself is very good and the and the staff are exceptional when helping and dealing with customers. They have a variety of equipment for all workouts and they are also very hygienic. A special mention to Janet who helped me out and gave me advice when working out very kind and a lovely lady

Really friendly and everything you'd get from a bigger branded gym without the long drives too and from.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant local gym.. awesome friendly staff...super clean...O go purely for the spin classes. These are Les Mills Virtual. The instructors are world class and their cueing wrt to form ensures a strong but safe ride. They've also got The Trip available to members as well as RPM.
