Positive experience: Gym is decent, good equipment which is the main attraction of this gym for people serious about lifting. However... The lighting is poor, doesn't help the whole gym is black. Some of the lights are turned off around the cardio area. The AC is never on which gives it a bit of a stale smell and when busy it gets stuffy and uncomfortable. The changing rooms are poor. Looks rushed and no attention to detail. Second hand treadmills and they are super close together. There's also two racks of dumbbells. Not sure what you'd need two racks of the same in such a small area. It's a bit pricey for £35 when compared to other 24hr gyms.

Positive experience: * The number of specialist machines really good. * Lighting is not the best. * Changing room is below standards. *Treadmills are old second from the original gym. * No mirrors near the squat and deadlift platform area. * Boxing equipment is good but the room smells bad. I would still highly recommend the gym for it's top quality equipment.

Positive experience: Excellent equipment but no AC and no ventilation system. The gym smells like sweat and people fight over letting the fans on or off.
