Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever visited. £12 weekly pass, tons of the best equipment I've ever used and loads of open space. Fresh air, great music, staff are friendly, parking is free and safe, gym is spotless and not overcrowded. Literally can't think of a single criticism other than it's a tad hard to find for the first time.

Fantastic experience: Had a few days away with family and needed a gym in Shrewsbury area to train for a couple of sessions, found this place on Google and god I wish I was local! Absolutely immaculate, not a dumbell or plate out of place, everything spotless and all in working order unlike so many gyms! Anyone in Shrewsbury forget the Globogyms out there like JD and pure gym and get down this place! Proper gym where people will actually help you get better and achieve your goals! Owner was a top bloke and the equipment in there is incredible! Will definitely be coming back next time I stay in Church Stretton

Owners couldn't be more friendly and welcoming, there's so much equipment and all of it in amazing condition, and it's never felt overly busy when I've been there. They really care about the training experience here and the monthly/yearly subscriptions are super reasonable. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Went today to see if i could have a day pass to train. Greeted by a lovely friendly couple and had a day pass for a fiver. Fantastic array of free weights and brand new machines. Dont waste your money at a puregym type gym, get youself here.

By far the best facility around. To the equipment, to the facility itself. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Muscle Flex Gym to anyone. I am certainly satisfied and have been blown away by my experience at this new facility
