A former West Bromwich Albion trainee with more than a decade of coaching experience, I have worked with a wide variety of individuals from Premier League footballers, international sportspeople, boxers, hockey players and sprinters, through to individuals in chronic pain and those with aesthetic based goals. I’m a passionate and highly experienced coach and have developed my own tried and tested systems, from evaluation and screening to intelligent, bespoke programme design, which enable everyone to achieve success, whatever their goal.
