Fantastic experience: I have gained so much confidence since working out with Babs. Her work outs are great fun and I have enjoyed the challenges she has set me . Babs has helped me look at what I eat and shown me that there are healthier alternatives. Babs is a fantastic PT. Thank you for setting me on a new path of exercise and healthy choices .

Fantastic experience: Babs is so amazing! She is everything you could ask for in a PT! She pushes you...nicely :-). Every exercise session is different which helps to keep you motivated and excited for each session. With Babs I have started to enjoy exercise again, which I didn't think was possible. Fantastic experience: Fitness with Babs is unreal. Babs is friendly, understanding and she is always there for support and advice. She always push us to the max. Classes are fun, different each time and big plus all classes are outside rain or shine. Push push!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve known Babs for a couple of years now as my PT Instructor and now my workout class instructor. I must say that I could asked for a better instructor she very quickly to work out my strengths and weakness are and she knows how to get the best out me.

Fantastic experience: Babs has helped me change my mindset on exercise and food - she is a fantastic PT. Fantastic experience: Babs is a fantastic personal trainer, I was so unfit when I first began my sessions and it’s been amazing to see myself change and become stronger and fitter. The sessions are all so varied and kept me interested, I never once felt like I couldn’t be bothered to go to a session or had the urge to make an excuse and cancel which is a miracle for me. For the first time in my life I looked forward to exercising and I put that down to Babs and her approach, she made me feel comfortable right from the start and enabled me to push myself, something I’ve never been able to do on my own. I can’t recommend her enough and as soon as I can I’ll be booking more sessions with Babs

Fantastic experience: After 2 kids and years of not exercising, I was embarrassed about my physical fitness, but just didn’t know where to start. Babs came along and I started 1-2-1 training with her in September 2020. I was on maternity leave so dropped one child at school and the other came with me and napped in the buggy during our outdoor sessions. Initially it was tough and my lunges were laughable, but Babs always got the level right so I’d walk away feeling like I had worked hard, but was energised and not totally exhausted, which was key whilst looking after a young baby. Just by attending 1 x one hour session a week, I noticed an improvement to my general fitness and tone fairly quickly and it gave me the motivation to carry on. I genuinely enjoy her sessions as they are relaxed, fun (we laugh alot!) and varied. After 6 months, I’m really proud of what I can do now vs when I began...I never thought I’d be able to do planks! Although we initially worked out outdoors, I’m back at work now and with lockdown restrictions we’ve continued online for the moment, which has worked just as well. So for anyone out there thinking about where to start, please contact Babs as I highly recommend her to get you in shape and feeling motivated!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic personal trainer specialising in HIIT and circuit-style training that targets the whole body. Really great weekly outdoor fitness classes especially for women. Babs makes getting fit fun. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to get fit or stay fit.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of attending a class two months after giving birth last year. Babs was professional and so considerate of my situation, many execises were modified for me. After lockdown I had to switch to online classes and she truly makes excersise fun and burn at the same time!
