Fantastic experience: I’ve been members at various gyms in Renfrewshire over the years, Pure, Prolife, Renfrewshire Leisure and Planet Bodybuild and nothing comes close to MuscleLab. I joined when it was just one unit. It now has three, soon to be four different areas and a various amount of equipment. Its the gym that continues to give back to its members. It’s a real gym.

Fantastic experience: Muscle Lab is an authentic bodybuilder gym, not so many around now. Very welcoming to the newer trainers & has everything an experienced lifter could want too.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding gym. Been a member for a long time and wouldn’t go anywhere else. It has all the gym equipment you could need. You rarely wait for machines. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It’s well kept and the pt’s there are phenomenal. There’s a shop inside for drinks and pre workouts which is super handy. A free car park outside. Recovery suite is second to none too. Overall it’s a 10/10 gym and it’s only getting better with new machines and expansion.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Muscle Lab from when the doors opened the place has got the best of equipment amd plenty of it. The staff are all spot on! Also got sunbed/ice bath and red light sauna are all good to use . Amber who does the Physio is well worth using also!

Fantastic experience: Most welcoming and friendly gym with all the machines you could need. Female friendly, I feel comfortable as a young female coming in alone. Also has sunbed room as well as other services like sports massages etc - don’t need to go anywhere else!

Positive experience: Very good equipment. There are not showers so need to be ready for train and go. Anyway for the price and equipment it's highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Muscle lab is the best equipped gym I’ve been to in years staff are knowledgeable on all aspects of training and the recovery area is unreal top class five star gym for bodybuilding and the advanced lifters always adding improvements all the time top class gym.

Has all the equipment you need and you’ll rarely wait long for a machine. Friendly clientele. Great extra facilities from tanning to hair dressing and sports massage and recovery room. Always spotless. The personal trainers are top notch too. 10/10
