Glyn Ward Personal Training

Fantastic experience: Never had a trainer before Glyn, I'd never even really been to a gym that much in my life! I started exercising 6 months ago as I needed to drop my cholesterol (it was up to 5.3), and so I joined my local Pure Gym. Glyn gave me my free 30 minute introductory session that new members get at the gym and in that time he settled my gym-noob nerves and set me on my way. So I decided to get some training sessions going and have never looked back. My cholesterol has dropped to 3.6 and I now wear a 34 inch jeans, as opposed to the 36 or 38 inch jeans I was wearing before. Target achieved. However! Thanks to the education that Glyn provides (exercise, nutrition etc), the fact that he lives by training smarter, not harder, and is so extremely receptive to my feedback, means that I have well and truly caught the bug and will continue to be in the gym three times a week for years to come. From being a rather sloth-like couch potato who could barely run 3K, I now have PBs of under 25 minutes for a 5K and 54 minutes for a 10K! Glyn is always taking new courses to expand his own knowledge and that reassures me that I will always be getting up to date advice and direction. Plus he offers great discounts for block booking training sessions!!
