Fantastic experience: Sean is great and really helped me get the confidence I needed and back in the gym! After breaking my pelvis, I didn't quite know what to do or where to turn, Sean has helped me build the strength back in my hip and leg and get me enjoying gym again!

Fantastic experience: Thank you Sean for helping me to pass my bleep test for police training! Failing the first time was the push I needed to make me realise that training by myself wasn't getting me anywhere. I'm still amazed that I passed after only 4 weeks with you, but that goes to show that you can improve quickly with the right training. I really enjoy my 2 sessions each week and thank you also for the emails with additional support and guidance re my diet, weight loss goals, etc.

Fantastic experience: Thanks for the session Sean. Sean showed me a range of exercises and stretches to help with my shoulder, neck, back and lower back problems. These exercises I intend to continue to use, have already shown signs of opening my range movement and easing pain. As a finisher we also did a lot of leg exercises, which will also help to ease me back into running!

Fantastic experience: Sean has really helped change my life around, in lockdown eating habits started taking over my life..he’s coached me through the issues I was dealing with. These were starting to define me as a person but now I feel free from these issues only 5 sessions in! Highly recommend as a therapist!

Fantastic experience: I've been thinking about getting a PT for a while and so glad I went with Sean. He takes time to understand your goals and tailors a programme to fit these. He keeps you working hard but is really patient and friendly. I've also found it really helpful that he will explain what benefits you can expect to feel from each exercise and how this fits into your overall goals. Highly recommend and if you decide to go with him ask to try the Muay Thai - it's a great workout!

Fantastic experience: I met Sean at my local gym and within minutes of speaking with him for the first time I knew he was a guy that you could rely on. His approach to everything is based on trust, he communicates well and is very knowledgeable. We trained together, did some Muay Thai sessions which I thoroughly enjoyed and learned from. I recommend him not only to anyone who wishes to gain strength and shape their body but also to those who feel reluctant to trying a personal trainer, as his way of teaching is tailored around the needs of the client, making everybody feel right at home.

Fantastic experience: Sean is a fantastic PT, he turned someone who didn’t really enjoy exercising, into someone who loves to now! He truly listens to what makes you tick and builds a programme that is unique to you, which makes it so much easier to meet your goals and keep motivated!

Fantastic experience: I am by no means an "athlete", not even close, and so I was nervous about instructing a PT. However, Sean has eased me in gently and provided me with a tailored programme. He is helping me to discover my enjoyment for exercise and self-care generally. His holistic approach to well-being is excellent and I feel like I'm better equipped to look after myself and actually want to look after myself. Looking forward to some yoga next time!

Fantastic experience: I set Sean the challenge of getting myself fit and healthy over a 6month period. After a month or so I can really feel the difference and benefit of being pushed. The acid test for me is wanting to go back each time so we’ll done Sean! The approach is clear, challenging, tough but rewarding.

Fantastic experience: Sean is a great personal trainer, very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. He understood my goals straight away and came up with the best approach, now I actually enjoy working out. He pushes me to do more each session but makes it fun which makes each workout go so much quicker it’s great. Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing personal training with Sean for a few months now and it’s been brilliant. Sean is friendly, approachable and very knowledgable. He always manages to push me far beyond what I’d manage on my own while keeping it fun and enjoyable! The sessions are varied but I’ve particularly enjoyed the kickboxing - a great stress reliever! Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend training with Sean. He puts you at ease immediately and builds sessions with plenty of variety so you never get bored and there's always a new challenge! The sessions definitely push me but are always really good fun, the hour just seems to disappear! Sean is really supportive and always positive, giving me tips on changing up my nutrition to support and reach my goals and keeping me motivated. He's helped me focus on what I want to achieve and I feel much more in control of my health and fitness generally, looking forward to more sessions and more progress in 2021!

Fantastic experience: I had a complementary training session with Sean before the last lockdown. As soon as the gym reopened I signed up for ten sessions. These have gone very well and I am signing up longer term. I am keen to lose weight as well as improve strength after a long lazy lockdown year. Sean works me hard but never enough to injure or strain my ageing muscles and joints. I was surprised how enjoyable boxing is and what a great work out it is. His attention to nutrition is detailed and knowledgeable. The apps he uses are very good and user friendly. He is friendly and flexible and a good motivator. Progress is good on strength and weight loss. I have every confidence we will get good results long term.

Fantastic experience: I needed to get myself feeling fitter and healthier as I approach my 50s (and be able to survive a full 18 holes on the course!)... and Sean was able to completely understand what I needed and build a custom program to help me 'just be better'. I'm feeling stronger and have less of those nagging aches and pains and although I curse him whenever we've a session, he's a fantastic PT, and gets what I need to make progress. Can't recommend highly enough
