The Lions Den

Fantastic experience: Best MMA gym in the Glasgow Area. I trained here for a couple of years and it kills me that I don’t train here anymore due to work commitments. The owner, instructors and students harness a family ethos throughout making it a brilliant atmosphere with no egos- which is extremely rare to find in this sport. I can guarantee that once you start training at the Lions Den, you’ll become attached and never look back!

Fantastic experience: Been training at the Lions Den for many years now, best place to train!! There's no place better for conditioning and mma classes. My little girl also trains here at the kids classes and loves it. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area. Grant has helped my little brother become more diciplinced and has helped him learn such a great set of skills in only a few months. Grant has also helped my mum train helping her in her weightloss journey.
