Apex Fitness LDN - Hyrox Gym

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a class and loved it. Really nice guy called Mike owns it and Hyrox workout was a lot of fun and a serious workout!

Fantastic experience: Apex is the most welcoming and supportive gym. Mike & Ali are lovely, fab trainers and very knowledgable in what they do. The programming is always clear and in line with helping everyone to achieve any performance goals. The gym atmosphere is super supportive and there is such a mixture of classes you can tailor the week to suit what you need. I never hesitate to recommend the gym to multiple friends!

Fantastic experience: Mike and Ali are first class and have created a really special set-up, hands down the best gym I’ve been a member of! I couldn’t recommend Apex more to anyone interested in Hyrox training or hybrid training more generally. It’s a really friendly atmosphere with great quality kit. The programme of classes are all exceptionally crafted and well thought through (and very tough) but you always feel great afterwards thank you to the Apex team!

Fantastic experience: What a gym! I've genuinely found it difficult to find a gym I enjoy over the past few years but Apex has such a great vibe! The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and work you like crazy! Everyone seems so motivated, it makes you want to go harder! In all my years I've never gone to a morning class and now I'm addicted, only a couple weeks in!

Fantastic experience: Five stars for this super new gym focussed on getting you Hyrox ready or just super fit! The team are super knowledgable and friendly and the room is spacious and bright. The workouts are really well constructed (including the warm up and cool down sections) and the team are great at encouraging you to hit your specific target. There is something for everyone here at Apex and in addition a killer smoothie bar and great selection nutritious goodies.

Fantastic experience: What makes this gym standout is how focused they are on recovery! There’s two showers, an ice bath, compression boots massage guns and pre/post shakes. The programming caters to a variety of goals whether that be strength, fitness or both with the Hyrox programme. The classes are well thought out and the vibe, superb.

Fantastic experience: Visited the opening day yesterday, really welcoming owners, top notch equipment and a great atmosphere inside. Very easy to get to and good quality content. We did the strength & conditioning session, which was well explained throughout. Will definitely be joining!

Fantastic experience: Attended the opening day for Apex and wow what a vibe. Brand new Hyrox affiliated gym with amazing equipment, sound system and facilities. Mike and Ali who own the gym are both so knowledgeable and made the morning a really fun experience. I've also seen Ali for nutrition advice, which was spot on and made a huge difference to my competition training recovery time.
