Fantastic experience: Love the classes at Boxfit4all! Lloyd the coach is knowledgable and fun, he always encourages you plus, what I really appreciate is that he adapts the exercises to suit your ability. I would definitely encourage you to give the classes a try, you won’t be sorry everyone in the class is friendly and helps you get to know the ropes.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic classes, amazing coach Lloyd does’nt just train you hard, he is passionate about helping you achieve what you want. It’s not your normal exercise class, you get a lot of support from everyone else as well as Lloyd. I’d say give it a try, you won’t look back..
