Fantastic experience: Amazing workout experience. Was made to feel really welcomed from start to finish. Rich the head coach has great knowledge he knows what he is doing takes time with each individual person. Talking step by step through the movements. If your thinking of getting into MMA or getting your fitness up your in safe hands. Everybody doing the class was very upbeat No egos. Generally a lovely vibe. But do bring lots of Water you will need it.
