Fantastic experience: My daughter has been attending a few classes a week over the past month to build strength to compliment her running. Fantastic experience: My son has been attending a class with Leigh which he really enjoys. Everyone is friendly and there’s a great atmosphere there. Leigh’s a brilliant coach and good with beginners helping them getting onto more complex moves.

Fantastic experience: The gym offers excellent CrossFit and Weightlifting classes at all levels of skill. The box is within a business park by the sea with lots of parking and a bus stop 2 minutes walk. Trial sessions are offered to get a feel for the environment and then membership is £50 per month for unlimited access to group coaching and open gym sessions with student discount to £40 The staff are focussed on you getting into the best shape you can be whilst coaching you to lift safely and correctly. There is weekly programming which directs your training focus and everything is scaled to the capabilities of the individual participant. All the necessary CrossFit and Weightlifting equipment is provided. The community is incredibly positive and friendly and I've felt very at home in the environment. I would recommend this box for anyone wanting to get fitter even for a drop in session. You will always be pushed hard but you will want to be pushed hard.

Fantastic experience: Well-equipped place with friendly, welcoming management. I was an out-of-town drop-in, but the class I was hoping to join had been canceled because they were putting in a new floor. But the owner happily offered me some programming and access to the equipment. Had a good workout!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym and people. Great coaches to help teach and push you what ever level of fitness, the other members of the gym are really great too and help make it a place you want to go to , to see your friends and work out rather than the gym being a chore. Can't speak highly enough of this place
