Christian specialises in treating sports injuries, repetitive sprain injuries and low back pain. He combines principles in Exercise Rehabilitation, Osteopathy and Nutritional Science to get you moving pain free, and to keep you fit and strong.

Ben is a holistic practitioner specialising in functional corrective movement, rehabilitation and nutritional coaching. After completing his advanced diploma in personal training, he went on to lecture and consult aboard luxury cruise liners in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. After returning to the London, Ben studied at the world renowned Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (CHEK) institute, completing CHEK practitioner Level 1 and Holistic lifestyle coaching Level 2.

Ben has a particular passion for digestive health and has completed multiple qualifications in function gut health including PCI parasite testing with Dr Omar Amin and Fully Functional Gut with ND Emma Lane-Thompson.

Franklyn understands that coaching an individual is much more than trying to get someone into ‘shape’, He will recognize your motives to coach and support your sustainable healthy lifestyle.  Franklyn believes in consistency when it comes to training and nutrition, ‘you do not need to be perfect but you do need to be consistent’.

With a complete approach to training you will be acquiring new skills with Franklyn that will ensure a positive out look to exercise and your own confidence. Improving Mobility and posture will be a priority within sessions as living a pain free life should be a necessity when exercising.

Madison is highly trained in neuro-musculoskeletal condition rehabilitation, with a particular passion for alignment and injury prevention. Madison specialises in laryngeal (vocal) physiotherapy with singers/voice users alongside temporo-mandibular joint (TMJ)/headache issues.

Chris study at the Australian Institute of Fitness. He has worked as a PT for the past 8 years - with a focus on strength and conditioning training. “My main goal is to have you feel confident and capable in your body, no matter where you are at in life”

Nebile uses a variety of different exercise disciplines ranging from weight training to pilates, yoga. Nebile specialises in sports injury training but also has a particular interest in working with clients with genetic or age related conditions, such as osteoporosis, arthritis, menopause, high/low blood pressure, knee and hip replacements.

Faye is motivated by coaching people to feel great in their body and achieve their goals in a sustainable way. She does this by combining her deep specialist knowledge of strength, mobility, and joint health, with 7+ years of experience in the industry. So whether it’s achieving your first pull-up, running a 10k on the weekend, or balancing a demanding career with a healthy body, Faye will tailor your training to meet you where you’re at every time. Faye lives and breathes her work; she integrates the latest research and techniques into her everyday. Her coaching style is compassionate and empowering, enabling her to coach people of all ages and experience to push past limitations. In her free time, she is an avid baker, footballer, and rock climber, and an active member of the LGBT+ community.

Since I started training in weightlifting and martial arts at the age of 13, I have continued to develop my passion and my skill sets as both a coach and a competitor. My favourite tools of the trade are your body weight, a barbell and kettle bells.

My client sessions are technically driven, fun, tough and purposeful. So if you have a goal in mind, it’s time you started using the knowledge and expertise of a coach to ensure you get there!

Damien has been a personal trainer for over a decade now, he specialises in strength training, as well as circuit/HIIT training. His advanced knowledge of kettlebell work has made it increasingly easier for him to help clients achieve their goals, and make the sessions more entertaining for the client.
