Fantastic experience: I joined Fit20 Farsley 14 weeks ago and what a difference it has made to my strength and overall wellbeing. The training is personalised to each individual, they offer 1-1 or 2 people training sessions, much better than the larger gyms which can make a person feel self conscious. The trainers are great, always positive and encouraging, most of my training has been with Nicola, thanks for pushing me on Nicola, your a star.

Fantastic experience: Price seems a bit high at first but when you consider you are getting a personal trainer it is good value. Kieran and his team are very professional and ensure exercises are being done correctly and adjust exercises to suit your ability. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: At last a fitness centre that I look forward going to, and leaving afterwards. Before I started I was dubious, to say the least, that attending would shake me out of my lethargy and how miserable I was feeling. Lack of sleep, aches and pains, not enjoying food or eating properly, blood pressure all over the place, etc etc! How wrong I was! After only 5 sessions under Nic and Surinder I actually feel good about how I feel about myself. My mojo is back, BP is good, cooking and eating healthily and I am actually enjoying being pushed to reach targets and goals.

Fantastic experience: It’s making a real difference to me. My knee and elbow joints aren’t “clicking” like they did when I first started and I haven’t pulled my back since starting (touch wood I haven’t put the curse on it now ). I did a bit of research when looking for ways to maintain fitness & strength now I’ve retired while not letting it take over my new won free time and Fit20 ticked all the boxes, 18 months on I’m really happy with it.

Fantastic experience: I have been going now for half a year and have really enjoyed it. The benefits have been way more than expected for 20mins of exercise per week!! In particular it has really helped with my back pain with the chiropractor that I use telling me that my back is looking stronger than it has in the 7yrs I've been going to see him. The reduction in back pain itself has made this worthwhile. Nic and the other trainers are really encouraging and helpful making it a much more enjoyable experience than going to the gym!

Fantastic experience: Over many years I have tried several gyms etc. but soon lost interest. Using Fit20 has managed to keep me interested and after just 6 weeks I can feel the difference already. I feel to have more energy, but most of all motivated into doing jobs around the house and gardening and do not feel that. Cannot move the day after. Just about to add some more mid week activities that now feel achievable to assist in getting fitter and loosing weight. Highly recommend for anyone at whatever level of fitness or not as I was.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Fit20 now for around 3 years & I have to say it is the only fitness regime I have ever managed to sustain long term. Previously, I have lost motivation & had transient PT’s resulting in me giving up. At Fit20 I have lost weight, inches, & bad habits & gained strength, confidence & friends! I train with Nicola at Farsley, she is amazing! Nicola is highly dedicated to her clients, she is always super friendly, positive, attentive & exceptionally motivating, adding a mindfulness aspect to the session to give that extra power boost!! I always look forward to my weekly session & Nicola always ensures I train to the max to get the ultimate gains!!! I was gutted recently when I missed out on a session due to having covid but I firmly believe that training with Nicola at Fit20 has given me the boosted immune system & strength towards a speedy recovery!!! Thank you to Nicola & all at Fit20 including the other members I have trained with along my the way. I highly recommend Fit20 if you struggle to motivate yourself & you want to make a positive, lasting change to your overall fitness & well being. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: I've been training here for over 3 years and have a much better level of fitness and strength than before. I used to do gym and running, get injured and have to stop. With Fit20 I feel healthy and strong. Even after I broke my shoulder, they helped me continue to train and regain my strength. During Covid I did the special online sessions, which worked really well. Can't recommend Kieran and Nicola enough. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Fit20 Farsley is a great place to get fit. I have had some health issues in the past year and the trainers have tweaked my program so as not to agráviate the issue. All the staff have been very supportive and are really good at what they do. After a session you really know you have done it. Heartily recommend.

Fantastic experience: Fit20 is a training concept that fits totally with my requirements and lifestyle and I was really happy to try the system. Fantastic experience: It’s fair to say Fit20 transformed my life, I’d hit my mid forties and my fitness and particularly strength felt like they were draining away and I was struggling with motivation in going to and staying at a gym. Fit20 was recommended to me by a friend and I must say I was extremely sceptical but gave it a go and I’ve not look back since. Under the guidance of the extremely professional and highly trained staff I began a bespoke programme of Strength based HIT training that has been transformational. At only 20 minutes once a week no matter how tired you feel you always feel like you have time for your session. I’ve stuck it out for 2 years which is unheard of for me and have watched my fitness, strength and more importantly my confidence improve session by session. It sounds like madness 20 minutes once a week but it really works and I highly recommend Kieran and his team.

Fantastic experience: Have to say, I was sceptical at first about 20 min gym training without breaking sweat, having spent years doing long gym sessions to get results but OMG, you have to try this to believe it! Its classic Quality over quantity. The discipline and technique you learn from these guys will alter the way you train forever and the results you see and feel are almost instant. Positive experience: I have been visiting fit20 in Farsley for 90+ times already. I am _not_ a fan of gyms normally as an outdoorsy person. The concept of fit20 is different: it doesn't take long, I don't need to adjust the devices myself and all my efforts are recorded in their system. It is very challenging, it teaches you also to focus and it is not easy - the sky is the limit. I like the quiet studio with no more than one more customer there at the same time. It has also been safe during Covid-19 time. The trainers are encouraging and professional. I feel it is a good investment in my health and I feel refreshed when leaving the place. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Fit20 for over 2 years now and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I've always done a lot of aerobic sport but knew I needed some effective, targeted strength training to complement what I was already doing. Also, as a woman 'of a certain age' I was concerned about the decline in muscle mass as I get older and so was looking for something that would address that too. I can honestly say that, two years on, I am reaping the rewards as I can see how my strength has improved from just those 20 (challenging) mins a week. I am so grateful to have discovered Fit20. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to improve their strength but not sure how to go about it or maybe scared of weight training. [Can you keep a secret? There's nothing to be scared about!] Kieran and his team of trainers are consummate professionals, knowing where your individual boundaries are and what level to work you at. It's a pleasure to workout with them.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Fit20 for over two years now, and this is an amazing programme. I worked with the owner, Kieran Igwe, at his other gym, Diligent Fitness to cure my back problem. This we did by focusing on my core strength. Since moving to Fit20, I have maintained my strength and even developed it further, all in 20 minutes per week. During lockdown, my coach, Stephen, delivered excellent home sessions over Zoom, helping me keep up my condition. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Started training with Kieran and the team in Feb and since then (now almost August), I have lost over 2 stone and feel much healthier and stronger! The online training has been great to keep up the pace during lockdown and amazing what you can achieve with a little bit of focus and very little time out of a (ordinarily) busy schedule!

Fantastic experience: This fitness regime is so easy to stick to, I’ve tried other approaches but this is the only one I’ve stuck with because it is literally 20 minutes once a week 121 with a motivational trainer who pushes you to better your best at every opportunity. You feel protected and safe in the knowledge that the trainers know your anatomy and it’s’ capabilities well enough to know when to push you forward. No special training gear required you can literally go to the gym before going out and meeting friends. They have been excellent throughout lockdown also enabling fitness levels to be maintained ready for the reopening.

Fantastic experience: Fit20 has been an important step on my road to fitness. When I joined, I was feeling a bit fed-up with my self because attempts to keep up with my running always seemed to get sabotaged and starting off from square one again was always painful. Fit20 is great because it is always possible to find 20 minutes in the week to exercise. No matter how tough the exercises, you know they will soon be over and both Kieran and Steve, who I have trained with over the years, are very positive and encouraging. It is great to get feedback that shows that your strength and fitness is improving. Although it only takes 20 minutes, Fit20 really is enough to keep your fitness levels up. On busy weeks when I may not have time to go running, I have the reassurance that it won’t be too bad next time I put my running shoes on. Achieving higher levels of fitness is an encouragement to do more and I have added a Pilates session to the mix and try to walk 1000 steps on the days I don’t exercise. I found the on line nutrition course that Fit20 ran really informative and supportive to the extent that, over lockdown, I lost 1 1/2 stones. I’ve probably tried every diet there is but the combination of sound nutritional advice and exercise is unbeatable. You might read this and think that I sound like someone who enjoys keeping fit and I suppose that is true now, but, before I joined Fit20, I can honestly say that exercise was something I did very grudgingly and inconsistently. Thanks to Fit20, I have discovered that fitness is like a lot of other things: the more you’ve got, the more you seem to accumulate.
